I was let down by another courier company and needed valentine's day flowers to be delivered to central london by 4pm. Gave these guys a call and spoke to Adrian, within 5 mins the courier was confirmed. Flowers were collected within 35 mins and delivered ahead of the 4pm deadline. Exceptional customer service and engagement from the team.

This is the first time ever I used Rocksolid Deliveries, and they didn't fail to please. They were brilliant. I found that they stuck.to their word, and made sure that my item was delivered, despite any difficulty they had faced. They treated me as a human being, and not a " robot", they show respect, and the driver who collected the letter from me , to deliver to Harrogate, he did his best for me, and made sure it got to the right person, also Adrian, kept me up-to-date all the way. Saved by this company!! Realised at 1030pm that my husband didn't have his work visa for travel out of Gatwick at 8am the next morning. Called these guys - they had it collected within the hour and delivered from Newcastle to Gatwick in 6 hours. Amazing. Friendly, easy, reliable and highly recommended.

First rate and prompt service. Arrived when they said they would and delivered the fragile item on time and intact. Both the customer service and driver were polite and helpful. My go to movers!

Driver arrived exactly on time and carried a heavy box down two flights of stairs. Delivery arrived at the correct address within 2.5 hours of collection, confirmed by intended recipient. Great customer experience, would use again.

Fantastic service from beginning to end. Friendly voice and very calm in my panic when daughter rang to say left passport at home and she was 3 hours away. Efficient service and prompt arrival of driver. Passport arrived with daughter with an hour to spare. Gave mobile numbers that could be called to find out where driver was.
