Great, fast , value for money someday delivery from Leeds to Newcastle in under 3 hours after booking!!

Very helpful people on the phone, speedy delivery, no problems at all and a great service in an emergency (forgotten passport).

Booked the job at short notice. Booking was easy. Great communication. Really helpful and responsive. Courier made good time and arrived with the delivery sooner than expected. Fantastic service. Would definitely recommend and use again!

Excellent, rapid service. I called very early morning, the parcel was picked up within 45 mins and literally delivered to London in the shortest possible time. Nice people great service, we’ll definitely be using them again.

Service was very good, it's not the cheapest service but they have experience of handling cakes so you don't need to worry about them getting damaged in transit.

Rock Solid were recommended to me by the Cake Store in London for getting a cake delivered to Milton Keynes. The delivery cost was quite expensive but that was the only downside. The booking process was friendly and efficient, the collection + delivery took place as planned and the delivery driver was very polite and courteous. I would have no hesitation in using them next time I need something fragile delivered.

We arrived in London at 5pm on a Saturday and realized we left our passports in the hotel in Edinburgh. Rock Solid sprang into action and had our passports to the hotel by 4am in plenty of time for our morning flight. I thought we had an unsolvable problem but Rock Solid solved it!

I called very late at night needing spare car keys sent across the country to arrive first thing in the morning. My partner had lost his and couldn’t do his job without them. Adrian sorted me out. What a guy! My stress was immediately alleviated and disaster averted. I can’t recommend enough. Well done.

I had to deliver a large fragile framed drawing to a gallery in London for an exhibition. Rock Solid Deliveries provided a fair price for the delivery, and ensured that it was collected and delivered during the timescales provided. The driver turned up early on the day of collection which was great, and I was very confident in how the piece was handled and secured in the vehicle. The piece was delivered safely and in good time. I would definitely use them again for this type of delivery.

Excellent service. They were not fazed at all by my request and dealt with everything quickly and efficiently saving me a long drive at night. The courier arrived when they said and the package was delivered well within the timeframe suggested.

Rock Solid Deliveries went above and beyond for us to get a very important document delivered. Even though the address proved impossible to find (not their fault) yesterday before close of play, they were back in the general area for 9am today to ensure that as soon as the business opened as we could get a better address, the document could be delivered. Could not recommend them higher

I don't do many reviews, and quite honestly if I do, its because there was poor service involved! HOWEVER, it is the complete opposite where Rock Solid Deliveries are concerned. They were competitively priced with brilliant customer service and very reliable. In other words a company that does what they say they are going to do. Very refreshing, well done and would certainly recommend them to anyone!

Absolutely amazing service. I had an extremely important letter that needed to be at the county court office in London by 4pm or I would lose the case. I received a first class service all the way around - from personal contact on the phone to the courier who collected and delivered the document
