I have looked into the emails between ourselves and we have still yet to receive a response regarding the lemon cheesecake not being a flavour to your liking however you did state in one of your emails that you had chucked it away before steeping it. We would have been happy to continue conversations regarding a replacement but all communications from yourselves have stopped. If you would like to continue conversations then please reply to our latest email.

Quick delivery! Would have been 5 star, but not being able to call a working number, and order showing up as wrong, but actually wasn't, Caused unnecessary worry.

Terrible customer service and the juice…

Terrible customer service and the juice is disgusting, plus they pre-added nicotine or something because my heart nearly came out of my chest.

Afternoon

I have read through all correspondence and the original issue was regarding you not liking the flavour you had chosen. We have offered for you to return the liquids for a full refund as you did not want to exchange. It was then that the issue of your heart racing was raised. You have been ordering off of us quite often and not experienced these issues in the past so you were advised to seek medical advice and again offered to return the products for testing and a refund, however we then received abuse calling us "idiots" when we refused to refund before receiving the products back.

For peace of mind, I can confirm that all of our short fill liquids abide by UK Law and do not contain nicotine.

We are still happy to refund the order in full once you have returned them to us. We will of course cover basic first class postage costs.
