3 separate orders placed

3 separate orders placed , 2 arrived ,1 didn't ,there customer service is about as much use as a catflap on a submarine,will certainly not order from them again ..that's for certain .

I have been reviewing our emails which have been back and forth for a couple of days now. I have sent you confirmation of the order in question being delivered. The tracking number once entered into the Royal Mail track and trace website will show you your package’s full journey with time and date stamps for each scan. I am unsure as to how you think we have the ability to infiltrate the Royal Mail tracking system to edit the scans time and date stamps and why as a company we would do this. I have also provided you with a screenshot of our online business account as proof that I have provided you with the correct tracking number.

I feel there has been a lot of confusion Due to one of your 3 orders not being scanned fully by Royal Mail during its journey to you, resulting in you believing we have either confused the tracking numbers or are providing you a false one. But as I have proven, the tracking for your latest order is correct and has been successfully delivered.

Seems to have shutdown

9-5-24 cant find site and last order got lost in post. Seems to ha e shut down. Ordering is ok but delivery needs improvement. My last 4 orders were all 4days late and 1 never turned up. I never got a dispatched email so they forgot to post it but blamed it got lost when i know they never posted it. Just order well in advanced dont wait till last minute. I only sticking as the juice is the best.

5 stars same as always! Fast service and great flavours, why pay shop prices when you can get your items so much cheaper and hand delivered the next day? Makes no sense to me! Personally used rockstar forever and so should you!
