I totally agree with Kellie T's review.
The 1 women show does not excuse products that aren't as described, exchanges not being eligible for refunds, only store credit and waiting a month for refunds which have still not arrived.
The clothes look beautiful on the site.
Sadly disappointed
The site states most items are manufactured in the UK and are of high quality. From the items I ordered, this was not true. The fabrics were cheap, poorly put together garments and sizing was completely wrong. In addition, I paid for express delivery - only to be told when I chased the company that express delivery was from the point of despatch not point of order. Then comes the refund - that was fun. Nearly a month. The emails from the owner were incredibly polite and reiterated that she’s a one-woman business - however that doesn’t excuse the products being poor, not as advertised, snail slow shipping and even slower refunds.
