Beware of this florist! They are completely dishonest and scam people out of their money. I ordered flowers, and they never delivered them, nor did they issue a refund. Customer service is nonexistent, and they just ignore complaints. Total fraud—stay away to save your money and sanity!

Worst florist ever! I tried to order a $62 funeral flower arrangement for my friend's service. The person on the phone said my atm card was rejecting so I tried my credit card...again stated it was rejected. I told them forget it, please destroy my cards #s. Funny, I had no issue with my atm card with the next florist! They charged my atm card and took my money! I have emailed over and over with no satisfaction. They keep saying they refunded the $ but they never did. I'm entering a complaint with the BBB but from what I've seen, MANY people have done this with no resolution. This place needs to be SHUT DOWN! IT'S A SCAM!

I was hoping to send flowers to my mom for her birthday and she lives in another state. I did a quick search in her area for a flower shop & Roger Florist came up towards the top. I should have dug a little deeper, but it was late & her birthday was the next day. I placed an order and my bank immediately showed the charge. The next day, I received an email that the order was undeliverable and that my account would be credited the funds. That was almost a full month ago. A month of emails every week with no response. There is no phone number listed on their web site, which should have been another clue, so I have no other means to contact this company. I am writing this review in the hopes that it will save some other folks from the loss of their hard earned money, as this company seems to have a very clear mantra. I am also filing a complaint with the BBB and a dispute with my financial institution. Hopefully I can retrieve the funds and find a better place to spend them.

FRAUD. Ordered for out of state funeral home. The flowers never delivered in PA. they were shown as local florist now find out the credit card bill is from NJ

Not even worth 1 star! Total scam of a company website!! Comes up on the top of Google search when Iooking for local Same Day flower delivery in Illinois. BEWARE as the toll free number changes every time you revisit the site. There is no confirmation email once you purchase. Nothing ever gets delivered. BUT your money is taken and your card is charged. WHY has Google not understood after all the scam reviews that this company should not be allowed to advertise????

I ordered flowers for a 40th anniversary and never got a confirmation email. Checked with the company the day before the anniversary and was told they don't deliver to my location and would credit my card. Never happened so I disputed the charges. Given the overwhelming number of scam complaints on all platforms, I'm appalled the authorities have not acted to protect consumers. Shame on me for not being a more careful shopper.

I tried to order flowers to be delivered to a funeral home.
I looked for a florist in Houston, Tx. And the website for Roger Florist stated 30 years of hand delivery. I placed my order online thinking this is a florist in Houston. Then found put a week later that they were never received. Tried to call and am immediately put on hold and no one ever answers. Tried to chat, but chat window closes immediately after opening. Sent an email to the email address on the website and am.waiting for an answer. Do not have high hopes of hearing back. Why hasn't this site been removed as it is a fraud??

Credit card charged, no confirmation email about delivery or whether there was a problem with delivery. No flowers. Scam!

Scammers I wish I didn't have to choose a star to give a review on this company. I ordered flowers on March 3rd. The transaction went through on March the 4th.The flowers were never delivered. I called and they told me they were not delivered because there was no florist in the area.NOT TRUE.They told another customer the exact same lie.Their so called customer service was rude.They told me I would get a refund without even taking my name.Of course no refund.I put in a dispute with my bank.April 4th I called and someone there told me my card was declined.NOT TRUE!!I gave my bank more information. I wish I had read these reviews before placing this order.

As others reported, my credit card got charged and no flowers were delivered. I received their standard letter saying that address was undeliverable (not true as someone was home all day and another florist subsequently delivered flowers with no issues) and they would issue a refund (not done). I have filed a complaint with the BBB and mastercard

I placed an order in February to be delivered on March 10. Order was guaranteed & paid for on my debit card. Would not charge my credit options. Order was not delivered. I have received nothing, but fake promises to address the issue. This business is unethical & has non-existing customer service. Happy to keep your money, tho. Stay away from this company. They are theives.

This is a scam. They did NOT deliver the flowers I ordered and though they promised an immediate refund, after one month it has still NOT been issued. I have contacted them 6 times and their customer service only gives you a run around.

I ordered on 4/03/2023. I Never received confirmation email. The phone number is not connected according to Verizon. Total scam. I’m contacting the Better Business Bureau and my bank.

Absolute SCAM do not order. They do not deliver say that it was undeliverable and then no refund. DO NOT ORDER

SCAM. Do not buy. They’re not local to you. They give you no information after taking your money. Wish I wasn’t in a hurry when ordering. Disputing this through the CC company because you will have no luck talking to anyone from this company.

Scammed for sure. Nothing was delivered, no confirmation email. Unable to talk to customer service.
