This company Roger Florist is a total scam and rip off, please do not use them, I ordered flowers for my mom who’s turning 87 on March 2, I placed the order on Tuesday February 28, with a guy who gave me the bogus name Mike, these people were willing to allow my Mom to go without on her birthday with no remorse of how she would have felt, no regards for her age or anything, I’ve called several times requesting a refund and they give me some line about, “the supervisor will contact you about the Finacial part of the order, they could not give me any info on my order, what I ordered, or even follow up on the bogus reference number they gave me, they are liars and scammers, and desperate for money, and they are cheap, so just know they are not to be trusted and PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM L, SAVE YOURSELF THE HEARTACHE AND STRESS AND TIME WASTED,

I placed an order, and it was not delivered. When I emailed customer service nothing happened, and the chat all of the sudden didn't work anymore. When I called to ask what happened they hung up on me.

since it has same name as a place near me I was sure I was going to Valentine's Day flowers delivered. Well that day came and went. I email, called, and tried to reply to order email. None got a response. The phone number on the always said it was closed for the day (no matter the time of day). I was able to contact them for a refund on Feb 17th, and after saying it would be a 1-2 refund, still nothing. The chain of emails keeps stating that I must be wrong and not looking in the correct place for the refund, or saying "are you sure you can't see it? maybe you spelled it wrong". Sorry Denise, I don't think you are really a manager for that store nor is this business really doing anything about my refund. Going to contact my CC people and file a complaint.

Ordered for my sister on Feb 1, 2023 - and received an email on the 2nd saying they couldn't deliver the order and they would refund my money within 72 hours. Still no sign of my refund and BBB tried to contact them with no response. Avoid this place - total scam.

I wish I could give no stars...THIS IS A SCAM! They took my money but flowers were never received and I could not reach anyone either by email, phone or online chat. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME

I made a purchase on 2-3-23 and it never showed. I received an email on 2-6-23 that they did not deliver to this address and I would get a refund within 1-2 days. Now it is 2-27-23 and I have not received the refund nor communication from them. all my emails go unanswered & the phone # doesn't go thru. I don't even want to give them a 1 star, they are a negative 20 star.
This order was going to my daughter-in-law on her moms anniversary of her death. And Roger Florist ruined it.

Same thing happened to me :( I wish I would not have rushed through my ordering process to order flowers for our aunt that passed. I called funeral home because I never received receipt and they never received flowers. Too late now. I called my bank and cancelled my card immediately - so hopefully I stopped anything further from happening. Awful!! As the other review stated they told me $48.00 and charged $66.

I ordered some flowers at Rogers web page for 70 dollars. They send an email saying they were not able to delivered the flowers and that they will send me a refund to my credit card. 4 months later I am still waiting for my money.

Ordered a plant and balloons for a grand opening at a restaurant in Clearwater. They said it would be $70
THIS IS A SCAM company....They NEVER delivered anything to this restaurant and they charged me $100.79. I have taken this matter up with my credit card company for a dispute. When I called them back Pedro asked me for my email and they would contact me back...never received any email too!

This is a fraudulent website!!!! Do not use these people. They are replicating ROGERS with an "S", they never delivered flowers I paid $120 for my mother in law's funeral. No explainations! No refund!

Ordered $135 worth of flowers that were never delivered, called their customer serviced only to discover it was a foreign call center, had to file a credit charge dispute with my bank to get my money back.
My gut feeling is this place is just harvesting credit card & personal information for future fraud. I already cancelled my CC to get a new number issued..BEWARE

I ordered a flower on Feb 6th to be delivered on Feb 7th in Salisbury, NC. The $107.78 flower was never delivered. I tried calling, but no one answered the phone. I emailed them four times before receiving a reply several days later saying they don't deliver there (despite misleading ads claiming they are the # 1 florist in Salisbury, NC). They assured me I would receive a refund in 1-2 days. I emailed again this morning, and they claimed to have refunded the money. This is untrue, as I just checked my account. Still no refund. I'm tired of dealing with these folks. I just called my bank to file a dispute.

Same thing happened to me. I placed an order Jan. 20, 2023 for my sister's birthday. The guy took my order and stated they would deliver the same day. No flowers were delivered. A manager, Denise answered my emails, stated to wait for a few days for the refund to show on my account. It's been over a week and no refund! I emailed her back and asked for the date they had sent the refund. To date, no answer to my email and no refund! I lost some $60.00.

This place is a scam!!! Ordered a plant arrangement for a funeral. Never delivered and told me they were refunding my money because they don't delivery there. Still no refund!! I've sent a lot of emails and calls and no refund!! Calling my bank today!! 855-451-2339 is the number and Denise tells me she is the manager at Rogers florist. Still after days of emails no refund!!

I placed and order for a funeral basket $54.99 early in the morning for my best friend who had passed, requested delivery to the funeral home by 1:00 pm on 02/15/23. I was told by total would be $59.99. The arrangement was never delivered, but they charged my card $75.95. When I called to inquire why the flower was not delivered. I was told I would receive an email (never received) I said I need an explanation why you charged my card, but did not deliver the flower. I was hung up on 4 times and have yet to speak to a supervisior, or receive a refund or a flower (too late now)

Rogerflorist.com are scammers! Report to the FTC, BBB, Google and anyone else. Dispute the charge with your credit card company and cancel your credit card that you used.

This is a scam company. Once I placed my order & it did not arrive, I called them back. They hung up on me. They will not contact me or refund my money. Check them out on the BBB. F rating and hundreds of this same type of complaint.
