Took 23 days for delivery
Took 23 days for delivery. When I queried the delay the admin couldn’t find my order, then failed to get back to me as promised. Delivery was to my gate, not my house. If I hadn’t been home (so delivery could have been to my door!) the frozen raw dog food might have been sitting outside for hours.

Awesome quality food
Excellent quality food, well packaged and delivered promptly. Tracking for delivery wasn’t great and I got a ‘your order has been delivered’ message, thankfully I was at home and found my order at the front door, otherwise I’d give 5 stars. Will be purchasing from rogue raw again 🥰

It’s kind of what I’m looking for but I won’t be able to afford the postage. Also my dog did not want to eat that much pumpkin and carrot so they were wasted. I heard that it’s better to use some green veg and not too much root veg and so that’s probably what I’m going to do. I want to get the green tripe and I want the type of food that you make but because of the postage I think I need to figure out something else.

Hi Angel, thank you for the feedback. We offer 6 Primal Mixes, only 2 have vegetables is very limited in our range. Furthermore we sell over 30 different meat/poultry products so vegetables are the choice of each customer.
Regarding what your dog likes we have no context of the historical diet and how the dog has been imprinted on food. Owners often, not always but often unwittingly train their dognot to like something by offering another meal ( aka reward) when the dogs leaves a food it doesnt want which could be a number of any reasons.
If we're talking pet mince or kibble the dog has a valid reason due to the quality but with food at the level and quality of RogueRaw it's invalid.
Regarding deliver, freight is never free , especially these days ...companies that offer free are making such large profits off products it easily allows them to offer it free.
This usually mans inferior quality or shortcuts. We do not operate at this level. Other alternatives are you can collect yourself from our store, organise your own freight or spend over $150 for free Sydney delivery. Hope this help.

Hi Naomi, thanks for the feedback. Dogs not "liking"a product can be for a number of reasons. Have they been exposed to the food before? Do they know how to eat it ? We work very hard to ensure we deliver quality produce, not sure why we're rated down for something beyond our control.
Best top quality raw food
Great top quality raw food that my dog will only eat. It’s good to actually see real pieces of meat and meat organs instead of other places that mince them to mush, which makes you wonder what’s actually in it.
