Food is top quality
Food is top quality. Customer Service response on email contact has been zero on two separate occasions. I have been ordering for many months.
I accept they might be too busy to care about my continued custom, so I'll unfortunately start buying elsewhere. If folk are fine for limited email customer service - by all means order their pet food Its good, my dogs loved it.

Best food
Best food. our Pug x had trouble gaining weight. Put her on to the rouge raw food. And she gained weight like no tomorrow and bulky. She’s looking great now.

Great fresh food
I ordered chicken feet, salmon and some premade mix. My Jack Russel loved most of it (wasn't a big fan of the wild pre mix). The only things to consider that dampened the experience was that the salmons were difficult to portion and a kilo of chicken feet needs quite a lot of space in the freezer. Otherwise, it's great products!

A chopping board and cleaver will do the trick for the salmon. We have many customer who want them whole. For the chicken necks sorry we can't help with freezer space :)
Wasn't expecting it to come in the way…
Wasn't expecting it to come in the way it did. I have been using raw for many years and this is the most difficult process to work around with.
Funny enough, Tilly did not like it. I'm not sure why as she loves her raw. Maybe I was expecting a mixture of other things instead of purely protein.
This only works if you have many dogs or big dogs.

Quality raw food my dogs love
I and my dogs love all products we purchased. Meat cut in sizable chanks unlike other raw food suppliers delivered only mince. Very good packaging and delivery. Pretty reasonable price.
