This is the second time I have ordered…
This is the second time I have ordered from the shop. The first time was fine and my order was dispatched swiftly.
This time it's been over a week and I've had no correspondence from the shop despite sending an email, trying to phone and sending a message via Facebook. I fully understand that there may be delays to my order, especially at the moment. However the lack of communication is an issue.
What I ordered was part of a birthday present and had I known it would be delayed I could have made alternative arrangements.
