No Sign of Order
Placed order over a week ago and not even had a dispatch note yet. Despite this Rogue Wargaming have sent me an email asking me to review them. Well so far I can only give 1 star as they have had my money a week and no sign of the order.
Edit in reply to response below. None of the items I ordered had a backorder notice on them at time of placing the order (I did check this at the time as I understand how this can slow things down). Understandably these things can change between an order being placed and stock being picked but it would have been nice to be alerted to the delay. Also why did you send out an email asking for a review when you knew that the stock for the order had not even arrived in the warehouse? As a customer it's very disappointing when the first thing you hear from a company in a week when waiting for a order to just be dispatched is them asking you how good they are.

Thanks for your feedback.
I have checked your order and some of the items were available on backorder, which was highlighted on the product page and linked to our backorder information page, which explains that backorder items are ordered the Monday after the order is placed. This weeks Games Workshop delivery has been delayed by a day due to the bank holiday.
The delivery is due today (Friday) and orders will be sent out as soon as we receive it.

The emails asking for reviews are sent out automatically from Trustpilot a set number of days after the order is placed, I will look to see if that setting can be changed as I agree it is not the first thing you want to receive.
The product should have been set as available on backorder as we have set the website to automatically do this when the item goes out of stock. This should have been done straight away as the website tracks live stock levels. I am sorry if this has not happened with these items. Thank you for bringing it to my attention, I will get in touch with the website host to find out what is going on.
If we had been aware of this issue we would have emailed straight away to inform you as we dont like to leave customers not knowing what is going on.
I totally understand your frustration. Thank you for your feedback. We will look to improve on this area of the website.
