Very helpful and easy to book the cruise once I finally got through. However, I had to hang on the phone for 20 minutes before it was answered, and I almost gave up and tried elsewhere.

Excellent booking experience
Shane was very helpful and went through all the options for the trip in my first conversation with him. When I phoned back to make the booking he listened to our choices, itemised all the pricing and assisted in the choice of cabin number. He was friendly and courteous at all times.
