He checked out the different flight options regarding airports and flight class.
He gave me some very good advice regarding the cabins on the ships which was invaluable, he ensured that I got the best price available.
Oli was a very nice person to deal with very polite and helpful, he listened to what I had to say and dealt with it.

I think the only post I get these days is the brochures from ROL. They are really good at highlighting cruises that we had not thought of. The one that arrived yesterday was such a good deal and exactly what we wanted that we booked our cruise to the Caribbean within the hour.
