Very deceptive. Show you games in the library that are main stream but once you deposit only the crappy unfamiliar games are available for Ontario residents. When I asked for my deposit back I was told I had to wager 3times before I could request my deposit back! 9
Or.. subscribe to a VPN service to play all the games!! Really?!?!it is next to impossible with the horrible selection of games left for Ontario residents to play your wager 3 times. Highly recommend if you are in Ontario DONT play!

Withdrawals difficult

This website has good slots. But everything else is questionable. Especially when trying to withdraw. I lodged with my visa but you can't withdraw from it?? Bank account withdrawal is a minimum of €100. My next option is skrill. But I had to lodge more money and wager that money 3 times before I could withdraw. Plus pay skrill charges. You should not have to wager your own money. Customer service is full of rules and regulations and in no way communicate with you to offer solutions after I asked numerous times for solutions. They want a screen shot of my bank transaction. My bank and others do not allow screenshot for security reasons. All in all it was just hassle and I won't be playing again due to their questionable withdrawal policies.
