Organizza corsi di pallavolo per ragazz* e adulti, partecipa con le proprie squadre ai campionati amatoriali e federali di divisione, organizza eventi sportivi di rilevanza nazionale di Pallavolo. Roman Volley vanta 8 squadre, di cui 1 mista uomini e donne e due in Prima e Seconda Divisione FIPAV.
