Sometimes I make several trip plans and wait for promotional long distance flights tickets. I use Rome2rio my trips in advance step by step for my future trip. I have a saved trip code for Sri Lanca. I want to make another travel plan for another place but I could not. I have send a message to Rome2Rio to be able to make several Trip Plans and to save. Rome2Rio Support Team replied same day and keep informing about software developments about new trip planning tool with multi-stop searches (including across multiple countries) and user accounts. Hope they will be developed soon.

I discovered this app years ago and am still using it as my go to app...its a brilliant and simple way to plan, very flexible, and is able to give you lots of options at the same time...could do with a "how to " video

Senior citizens who needed help
We are two senior citizens who are fulfilling our bucket list. We are planning a trip from British Columbia (western Canada) to Great Britain in Sept. Although we have travelled extensively, there are only so many books to refer to. Most on line sites were adequate, but we found the Rome 2 Rio site excellent.
It gave us everything to formulate a perfect for us trip, covering Wales, Scotland (Harry Potter) train and Ireland.
The site encompassed everything we required. Modes of transportation, routes (types, fastest, cheapest, comparisons ). Accommodations that connect with partner sites etc…
Really, you will not be sorry to utilize this site. So happy to have found it.
The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is I couldn’t print the itinerary from the site…would be huge benefit to have a print button.

Looked at this website for a price
I have never known in my life any website have as many tracking cookies as this website.
It took me over 6min to untick all the tracking it went on, and on and on

When we planned our current trip to India we used Rome2Rio's timings for car journeys and they are way out when
compared to reality and google maps. And no, this is not down to roadworks or traffic jams. In one case Rome2Rio's reckoning of distance was over 100kms less than reality. I suppose we should have had the sense to double check, I guess we are way too trusting. Instead of enjoying our holiday we are stressed and angry.

Disappointed Trucker
So I am a trucker that would be a frequent user of this app but it is totally inaccurate on flight costs. When I search the app from Flushing, NY to Dodge Center, MN tells me flight prices range $112 - $550 but all flights I click on to book start at $600+. I clicked through them all and none were as low as $112 and all were higher than $550 (the cost max listed on the app).

First let me commend you on your consistent follow up with your users. As it relates to my pricing issue. Maybe you could allow your users to submit pricing updates or create a more accurate algorithm similar to GasBuddy to keep up with price changes. Also having a disclaimer that flight prices aren't guaranteed and may fluctuate by $100+, would help too. If you could get the pricing more accurate it would be a huge help to truckers like me that drop loads then has to travel back without a semi.
You need better user involvement for live updates. Maybe ask users to submit prices and offer points that can be used towards travel credits like free flights/bus or train travel. Also id implement ride sharing companies into the app as well. Oh I make apps too ;)

Do not recommend!
I booked tickets for the Japan Railway (JR)(speed train). Due to extreme weather, train service was suspended and we had to sit on the train for 16 hours stranded. Due to this extreme delay JR provided full refunds. Rome2rio refused to refund my tixs. I reached out to the company on three different occasion. they never followed up. DO NOT USE ROME2RIO!!!!
