Arrived quickly, no issues! I bought this CMOS battery to replace the one on my small Dell Inspiron 11-3152, which kept making 5 really loud beeps whenever I turned it on. Once I put the new one in, there were no more beeps. Changing it was super quick! The hardest part of the process was trying to get my laptop's stripped crews out to even begin the CMOS replacement hahaha Anyway, everything good so far. I would feel comfortable purchasing from this company again.

I ordered a very hard to find CMOS battery here (rare connector to motherboard), and the staff were super helpful in finding the correct part, it was shipped to The Netherlands the same day, and worked perfectly. I'd come back here any day if I needed a difficult part like this.

Bought a replacement CMOS RTC battery for my hp ZBook - one of the few sites that provided an exact fit for a reasonable price.

Even though the case arrived later than expected, the quality is impressive

The finish on the sides of the case are too smooth making it difficult to hold. I finally used a knife to make a cross hatch pattern on the sides, that helped some. I previously had a "PunkCase" brand for an earlier phone and the materiel was much easier to hold. Thanks for listening.

I ordered a FOB battery from them and initially thought it was too large. They were glad to tell it back but first they had me try to install it. It did fit and they were so kind to help me thru the issue.

I purchased 2 cases w/ holsters. Unfortunately the holsters broke. The warranty claim could not have been easier. Highly recommend Rome Tech!

I recently bought a screen protector for the iPhone 16, which I ended up not needing as I didn't keep the phone. Rome Tech consistently provided timely responses to my inquiries with detailed answers. Their responses were always very personalized rather than robotic. They did not hesitate to offer a refund on my purchase since the mailing envelope had not ever been opened. I would definitely recommend them.

Well designed and well made case. After continued heavy use, I did manage to break one case but they replaced it under warranty without question. I am a repeat customer.

Great Customer Service- had a defective, they got right on it...rep actually called me to verify my address, told me the unit would ship same day! What more could you ask for?!

One side note - my caae was purchased thru Amazon Prime..upon contacting Rome through the Amazon product link, it directed me to another Rome Tech company- they did not reply, because it was an Auto Repair shop in NY...Amazon had the incorrect link posted! Suggest getting with Amazon to fix that for future.

Like the case, but the first one broke with minimal contact woth my steering wheel exiting my truck. Customer service was awesome! Also spotty wireless charger compatibility
