Excellent experience from start to finish with the replacement of all our leaded glass in two large bay windows. Our showroom visit with Jack was very informative, including a view of the factory. We had a prompt visit to measure up and were pleased with the competitive price. Installation went well yesterday and Wayne was very efficient and professional and clearly cared about leaving us fully satisfied with the results. Everyone involved has ben great and it's been a pleasure to do business with them. Highly recommended company and team. Thank you

We had 4x double glazed windows changed,
2x Large rooflights installed, (approx 1m x 2.5m each),
1x Large 4.5m 3 panel sliding rear patio door installed.

From the very first viewing in their Essex show room I have had a faultless experience.
- The initial sales team were smart and professional.
- Surveying experience was helpful and more than happy to answer any technical questions.
- Communications with the booking team were frequent and prompt.
- Installation team were great- extremely friendly, knowledgeable & great attention to detail.

We have just had our windows replaced by Rom Valley Glass and Glazing. I must say we were a little concerned about who to use having had some dubious quotes in the past. However, a friend in the construction industry recommended Rom Valley Glass and Glazing. From the initial enquiry to the installation, I have to say we couldn’t be more pleased. We were invited to their showroom to look at the different types of windows. James was so helpful in advising us on the benefits of the different types of windows they supply. He then visited the house and took some measurements for a rough quote. The next visit was a surveyor who went around the house, confirmed measurements and looked for any possible problems. Once we decided to go with the quote the next step was installation. The main two installers that did our work were Lee and his son Liam. We also had visits from Mick, Paul and Chris. It took about a week and a half all in. The installation team were brilliant, they were always polite professional and worked hard to get the job done on time. I can’t praise the installers highly enough, they treated our property with care, consideration and respect and were a credit to the company. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the installation and quality of the windows, my house is now quieter and warmer. I would have no doubt at all in recommending Rom Valley Glass and Glazing.

Recently had a new front door and lantern fitted in my home by Rom Valley. I was very pleased with the professional work that had been done by the two men Jack & Michael. They started work at 8:30 am and worked hard through out the day. The work completed was outstanding and would highly recommend the company

I have just recently had Rom Valley Glass & Glazing in to do my Bi-folding doors and a glass staircase. From beginning to end I could not fault the professionalism of this company. The customer service was beyond expectations and the contractors they employ to do the build work were amazing and did those guys do a full days work. A particular thank you to Chris the installation manager and his dad who were so helpful and Jack who talked me though the products but honestly all the guys that this company employ believe in customer service and professionalism and did the job as per the specification to budget and timescale. Would definitely use this company again for any of my glass works future works
