Ronain Reviews

All good thx for the support!

I ordered several items from Ronain this early summer, mostly casual shirts. The designs are truly exceptional and not available in any store I know of. The quality is almost consistently excellent, and they're very comfortable to wear.
I would especially like to emphasize the responsive service – if, for example, an item is no longer available after ordering, you're offered a suitable replacement.
I would and will order items from Ronain again at any time!

Ιimpeccable service, impeccable professionals, high quality and sure I will shop again

Striking designs, good quality, reasonable prices and quick shipping. Sizes do run slightly larger than expected (if, like me, you think you’re a medium, then you’re probably a small), but prompt and receptive customer service is there should you need them. Have used in the past and will do so again in the future to revamp the summer wardrobe. Mostly 5-star reviews don’t surprise me. Happy to recommend.

Fast delivery and decent quality but the sizes are a lot more relaxed than I expected.

I ordered a shirt from this seller but never received it. The delivery company claims it was “delivered”, but it never arrived at my address. Under Dutch consumer law, the seller is responsible for ensuring the product actually reaches the buyer. Ineeded the shirts before my vacation (this weekend). Instead of issuing a refund, they told me they couldn’t claim from the courier and offered only to resend the shirt.

This isn’t acceptable — my contract is with the seller, not their delivery company. Refusing a refund when the order was never received is poor customer service and ignores basic consumer rights. I would not recommend buying from this shop unless you’re willing to risk losing your money if a package goes missing.

Edit: After pointing the seller to Dutch Consumer Law and EU Consumer Law, the refund was handled within minutes.

Nice designs, good quality of the shirts and helpful customer service if the size doesn't fit. It's necessary to know that shipping to Germany takes a few days though.

Amazing shirts! Beautiful design and soft fabric. I'm already looking into buying some as a birthday gift.

Ronain shirts look pretty cool, with nice designs and beautyfull colors. In reality they look like in the web shop. Delivery was fast. Sizes tend to be a bit larger (than in Germany), but the service team quickly helped me to sort out exchanging it for a smaller size.

Very nice quality shirts!
A bit large so i recommend a smaller size. Quick responsive customer service, sent the right size without extra charge!

Great designs, and very good quality.. And them most important, excellent customer service after purchase, with quick response when needed. Will buy again soon.

I ordered a shirt and I have to say it's really nice. The color and print are just like the picture in the online shop. I highly recommend Ronain and would order from them again.

Quite fast delivery. Really nice shirts, but unfortunately I choose the wrong size. I wrote an email to the support, which they replied on very fast, with offering me to send new shirts in a bigger size. That’s taking care of the customers, thumbs up!

I ordered two shirts and one T-Shirt. Unfortunately I ordered size XXL, which did not fit me well. I contacted their service-e-mail to exchange for a size XL.
I got a good acceptalbe offer to solve my problem. The support was fast and friendly.
The quality of the items is absolutly okay. I can recomnend ronain- shop.

Good quality for the price and nice prints. Win-win business model for an online clothing store, instant support reply with hassle-free solution as stated. 10/10 would buy again.

I ordered two shirts. Unfortunately L size did not fit me well. I contacted their customer support to exchange for a size M. They offered to send me M sized replacement free of charge. Great CS experience!

Ronain shirts look really good, with nice colors and designs, and match how they look in the web shop. Delivery was fast and with immediate e-mail updates during the process. Sizes tend to be a bit larger (than in Europe), but the service team quickly helped me to sort out exchanging it for a smaller size.

Good customer service, happy to help me with my wrong sizing. Thanks!

Order was shipped very fast. Shirt quality is way better than expected. There was a problem with the size, but the support was great and solved it immediately! Would definitely buy again! If you can't decide between sizes, I'd recommend the larger one.
