Quick and adequate customer service
I ordered two shirts. They are quite nice. Unfortunately one was a little too small. I contacted Ronain service desk to exchange for a size L. Their service was very quick and adequate offering to replace the M for a L free of charge.

I was surprised in the most positive way
I was surprised in the most positive way. The delivery to Germany was really quick and the quality of the Shirts is excellent. However the shirts appear very large. An ordered L-size was more like an XL. But also this was no problem, since the supplier offered me a good way to exchange it with a smaller sized shirt. The customer service has a short response time. 5-star-experience
