The product came in perfect condition was the packaging was very good

We received a faulty pair of shoes (the toe cap is bent in). Rona refuse to deal with the issue. Awful customer service, the "dedicated" phone number informs you they can't provide customer support over the phone. The response to emails are unsatisfactory and refuse to resolve the issue.

I placed an order with Rona Shoes nearly 10 months ago for a pair of insoles, but unfortunately, the product was never delivered. The order status remained stuck on “processing,” and I didn’t receive any updates after the purchase.

When I finally reached out to their customer service, I was told that insoles can’t be shipped separately from shoes — something that wasn’t made clear during the checkout process. At first, they were unwilling to offer a refund due to the time that had passed, which was frustrating, especially considering I never received the product.

That said, after a few messages back and forth, they did ultimately agree to send the insoles and also issued a full refund. I really appreciate that they were willing to make things right in the end.

While I wish the process had been more straightforward, I’m glad they came through, and I hope future orders go more smoothly for other customers.

After searching for a decent safety footwear seller and failing several times, these safety trainers are absolutely spot on, light comfy, supportive and breathable. Highly recommend and I'll be back whenever I need to replace, delivery was also super fast.

well i bought these because of the great reviews .But i hvent had a great expierence with them.Firstly one heel punctured and squeaks ,then the second one .Now my heels are killing me ,and they seem a bit narrow and make my feet sweat because of the fit.Itried returning them but i was outside of the 30 days because i wore them in the house first .All they could offer me was 20 % off .so ill have to do some internet surfing now.

Good looking boots, feels very light, airy and flimsy, let's see how long the construction and the quality of materials last as 'work safety boots' - and all the quality of its features it advertised as safety boots.
The automatic 'dial-up' lace system seems to work well, doubtful if the thin cord will last the stress, and may cut through the shoe material soon?
As a Fashion boot - yes, top mark; Its Quality & Functional application - yet to be tested, will surely find out in few months.

Slow delivery

Very comfortable and breathable and light weight shoe

The shoes are light and comfortable, but the delivery time was very long and tracking was not very helpful. I think they came from China, but no indication was given at the time I placed the order that they would take over two weeks to arrive.

The first pair we ordered were slightly too small, so we returned them for a larger replacement. The returns and replacement service was easy and super-quick. We were even sent a return postage-paid label, so no extra costs! Very happy with the service and very happy with the boots!

Fairly straightforward to deal with. Good product. Only fault was delivery was a little slow.

I bought a pair of boots from Rona Shoes 2 months ago. The stitching has started to come loose and the lace loops have started to fall off. I've contacted Rona Shoes about this, they wont issue a refund or replacment as this is "regular wear and user-related factors". Complete waste of money, avoid this company unless you want to be dissatisfied.

I asked a question about the shoes I was interested in to the email contact and got a very quick and detailed reply. Easy ordering. Good communication. Perfect shoes.

I ordered a pair of shoes for my dad. Unfortunately they did not fit so I started the returns process. They were unworn (as he couldn't get his feet into them) and in all the original box and packaging. I sent them back 48 hour tracked delivery, this was on 20 June and I am STILL awaiting my refund. The first reply said they didn't have my parcel (so I sent them the delivery link and a picture of it in their warehouse). Every time I email I'm told that they are "under review with the returns team". How long does it take to open a box, see that they've clearly not been worn and refund the money? Please shop with caution. I'm writing this review to try and bring it to somebody's attention that this is not being resolved as stated on the website "We will refund the full amount to you within 24 hours after we receive your return". You received my return on 23 June and I'm still waiting.......??

This is the second pair of Rona Boots I have purchased and the same thing has happened on this pair as the first pair. The air pocket underneath burst about 3 weeks after purchase. When wearing the boots, while very comfortable they squeak every step I take and this is rather annoying. I had purchased these due to a recommendation due to my diabetes and good for my feet. I had also recommended these boots to many people where I work but am afraid I won’t be able to recommend any further. I’m not sure do you do the same style without the air pocket but it might be a suggestion.

Well I got my shoes and one of the shoes the sole was coming off it kinda pissede off I didn't send them back cause it would've taken a while for me to get a new pair sent back to me az I needed them for work so I brought some shoe glue and repaired them myself maybe next time wen u send people out there shoes maybe yous check them befor yous send them
