The bracelet itself is nice
The bracelet itself is nice. However the
latching mechanism needs to be changed.
I've already bumped the latch several
times while doing some work around the
house and had the latch open and the
bracelet fall off my wrist without me
noticing it right away. There needs to be
a latch that requires a 2 point press to
unlock it.

I am not a jewelry type person at all but my wife passed Away 10/13/2025 and I couldn't stand the thought of putting her wedding ring in a box somewhere to be forgotten about so I looked & looked and ran across your chains and knew it would be perfect the only thing I wish would of been if you had it in a 28" chain as I have a pretty thick neck lol so 28" would of made it hang just a little better

Lovely product but zero communication
The necklace I ordered for my husband was outstanding, he loved it.
I have no issue with the quality of the product but there was very little communication to let me know how my order was progressing and when it was going to arrive. It took 3 weeks to arrive with no communication for a necklace I had paid in full for when I ordered it online.
