It’s a beautiful bracelet, however the photos are misleading. The stones are a much darker blue and the latch keeps opening. I’m afraid it will be lost to me one day.

All products are shipped from china and its takes more than 2 weeks to arrive to Europe.
The bracelet i ordered is too small.
I wanted to return it for a larger size but the return
procedure is very complexe:
You have to send it back to England, but nothing is supplied except the return adress: no return label , no custom declaration form. You have to do evething by youself and take all the risks of transport. It seems like evething is done to avoid returns.
For an order at more than 250€, it is extremely annoying.

Edit: Before I start I should mention the product has not arrived at the time of writing (not that I want it to) so I cannot and will not comment on the quality of products.
I rarely write reviews, but my experience with RONATELLI was so frustrating that I felt the need to warn others. This brand is incredibly misleading in how it presents itself, particularly when it comes to shipping, returns, and customer service.
Let’s start with the biggest lie: RONATELLI claims to have a UK warehouse. In reality, they manufacture and ship everything from China. Their so-called “transparent” shipping policy is nothing more than a vague, misleading smokescreen. It reads: “If we have the product you ordered in our warehouse same country as you are located, your order will ship from our warehouse in your country. If the product you have ordered is not available in our warehouse in your country, the product will ship from an overseas warehouse where the product is available.” This statement is designed to make you believe they might ship locally — but here’s the truth: they only have a warehouse in China. There is no UK warehouse (the only public address for the brand is a tax accountancy firm in Cricklewood and the return address a random address in Liverpool), and that fact is never made explicitly clear before purchasing. To make matters worse, my shipping timeline made no sense at all. I placed my order at 00:12 BST on September 18th, but according to Shopify’s backend order tracking (which RONATELLI uses), the delivery status showed:
Sep 4th, 1:58AM – Delivered
Sep 10th, 2:58PM – Out for delivery
Sep 13th, 10:58PM – Parcel dropped off with carrier. So apparently my item was delivered 2 weeks before I even ordered it? Either the system is completely broken or they’re backdating tracking info to make it seem faster than it really is. Either way, it’s dishonest.
When I contacted customer service, it was a nightmare. So here’s the bottom line, RONATELLI lies about having a UK warehouse. They ship from China while pretending otherwise. Their shipping and tracking system is shady and doesn’t add up. Their customer service skills are appalling. I wish I had done more research before buying. Hopefully this review helps someone else avoid the same mistake.
Buy elsewhere.
Response to the reply: The claim that I have been negative and prejudiced from the start is yet another blatant lie made by the company, at first point of contact I simply asked where the item was being shipped from as I had used an external tracking site and discovered the order was being shipped from China (I probably could've discovered this prior to ordering by reading a few more reviews than I had originally), I then requested that the order was cancelled and stated the fact that you could've made me aware of the shipping location/product availability prior to or at the point of ordering (i.e estimated shipping time based off of the delivery address) and stated the lack of doing so as poor customer service and an even worse business practice. I was told this wasn't possible as the shipping process had begun (the first lie), as someone who has shipped and received international parcels on multiple occasions I know it's possible for a company to contact their shipping provider and request a parcel not be shipped, especially at the earliest point of the shipping process (I had made this request within hours of receiving the tracking number and the only tracking update was and is "Parcel information received" this shows the parcel has not even entered the sorting stage so it would've made the process even easier). I then reiterated the prior point and stated they use a vague shipping policy and "free shipping" (included in the costs of a product) to disguise the fact they ship from and likely manufacture the products in China, Their response to this was that they do not hide the fact they manufacture their products in china they tell this to everybody who asks (again I probably could've found this out by reading a few more reviews or by making prior inquiries) and stated "The reason we haven't mentioned this on our website is simply because people have prejudices. Many people may be prejudiced by the fact that a product comes from China before they even receive it or use it." in the same email I was told (bearing in mind they claim to have a UK warehouse) that they ship from China due to"the advantageous factors of reduced shipping fees, favorable customs costs, and expeditious delivery times" to which I rightly questioned the logic of. I am running out of characters in this review so will have to cut it short but would like to make it clear that any negativity stemmed from being lied to and nothing else.

BEWARE! Looks great at first, but like other reviews, product opens very easily due to poor design. Has fallen off several times. More importantly customer service doesn’t care and has responded with arrogance and blame. I was told to open the clasp before putting on and now the clasp is worn out. Even a reputable local jeweler said it should be replaced. RONATELLI refused to do anything about it. Bracelet is only a few months old. Bad product, bad customer service.
