I'd have rated 0 if possible. I checked the stock of the item I wanted to buy. I was told the item was in stock and it would be with me within 3 days. A week later I just get a cancellation notice without and explanation, not even a sorry. Looking at the reviews, they have form for this. OVER £750 TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT SENDING AND GOODS. STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND.

I ordered from RonsElectronics because the hard drive I purchased was cheaper than any other consumer I input into a Google search (This also included EBay). This always is a bit of a concern as I’d never purchased from this company before and the price including shipping £00.00 was too good to be true,so after reading reviews I decided to go ahead with the purchase. I needn’t of worried, I purchased on a Saturday and the item dropped to my property on Monday.
Needless to say I would definitely purchase from Ron again.

Avoid. Search Trustpilot for RonsElectronics.com and you will see it has been flagged as suspicious.

Search Reddit for RonsElectronics and you will find a lot of unsatisfied customers.

I made an order with RonsElectronics and at first, everything seemed to be pretty standard. Order confirmation, dispatch confirmation, etc.

But then I didn't receive any tracking information. So I emailed support and they passed me a link to DPD which read that they had already attempted delivery but that my goods were now being returned to the reseller.

The reseller was listed as Box Ltd and not RonsElectronics! This is a completely different online retailer. I have emailed RonsElectronics multiple times but they are no longer responding. It looks like RonsElectronics are taking orders and then buying goods from other online retailers to fulfill those orders, it doesn't look like they actually hold any stock.

If something goes wrong they are definitely not able to help because they are not actually the ones dealing with your order.

I have had to start proceedings via my debit card provider to get a refund.

This is not normal behavior for your standard online retailer and I advise you to look elsewhere.

If you are at all unsure, search Reddit for "RonsElectronics Safe?"

Many, many others have had similar experiences and I really wouldn't trust any positive reviews on Trustpilot.

The service is excellent the information on the products are specific also,My product arrived after 3 days and im happy with it.

Superfast shipment with awesome package price

Ordered some lights to see if suitable. Received them and was happy with them. Ordered more and order was cancelled without explanation. Odd behaviour, but I guess, given the world’s problems, it is fairly minor. Disappointing though.

Took ages for delivery. No forewarning that delivery was imminent.

Have to return item due to parts missing.
Now they won't return my emails.

Wishing I'd spent more money to buy it elsewhere

Cheapest website for fhe GPU I wanted, sent a slightly different model. When I emailed, although communication was slow, I was offered a range of resolutions. I ended up keeping the card and was ultimately very happy

Awful service, made a big order and was cancelled with no explanation and no refund or acknowledgement after +3 weeks, having to take this up with my bank. please dont order from here. Looking at some other reviews this place is incredibly shady

I bought a gaming monitor, monitor is ok however the remote control did not work at all I sent 3 emails with the issue explaining the remote not working and they only replied on the 3rd email saying ,they will have get in touch with the manufacturer and I have not been informed of any resolution so far and its been a month so if you are thinking of using this company I would think twice, very poor after sales team .

Wish there was a customer loyalty program because I've used them a lot and they've always provided amazing service and fast deliveries.

Order was at my home within 24hrs of ordering & the product was excellent value

out of 5 stars I will give 1 or even less than that, I ordered Dell 3090 units which are microform factors but Rons Electronics sent me Dell 7010 units which I don't want that at all. I have emailed the support line on 17/08 but reply yet. I would advice please be aware of what you buy from them.
