No hassle quick service happy with product and reasonably priced

I found the product that I was looking for at Ron's 20% cheaper than elsewhere online. Communication was good delivery time was excellent and product was perfect. What more can you ask for?

STAY AWAY!!!! Placed an order and days later had nothing so I cancelled, the next day I received an email saying the refund had be issued. It appeared on my credit card for 4 days but it never cleared and they have taken the money. Stay away from this awful company or expect to be on the phone to your bank for hours solving this.

I wasn't sure about shopping with RonsEectronic, but supprising thing was, it was first delivered item from 9 I total ordered at that day at different shops. Less than 48h I think.

Sick of paying for hp cartridges so purchased the Epsom ET3850. I have only had it a short time but it has passed all tests so far with flying colours. No more being ripped off for ink!!! Quick delivery from RonsElectronics.

This is probably one of the worst online suppliers I have ever dealt with. I needed a new intel processor for a security based system i was refurbishing. I ordered it and it took well over a week to arrive. By that time I had to order the same one from a different supplier who turned it round in less that 24 hours. I was required to pay Ron’s Electronics by Klarna which I will never use again either. The ony way to contact Ron’s is via email and they claim to respond in 24 hours even Sat and Sunday. That was a joke! There is no telephone number and you have to wait 2 or 3 days for a reply. It took 2 chase up emails to get them to confirm they had received the return which according to Royal Mail tracking was even nearly a week previous. I do not recommend them in any way.

Quick delivery, good kit. Installed and working as expected. Packaging was basic but fine to keep the box inside from being damaged. I'd use Ron's Electronics again.

The product was very competitive in price, easy to order, and came well packaged. However, I was not notified of dispatch or delivery time via email and the item arrived unexpectedly. Compared to other vendors this is a reduced level of service and is concerning considering the cost of the item i ordered.

Ron's electronics is regularly one of the cheapest suppliers for parts, as I build quite a few PCs for people they're always on my list of sites to visit. The first time I bought anything from them I thought they were a suspiciously cheap company and was a little worried that they might be a aliexpress type deal where I order and then 6 months later get the wrong part. But they've been fantastic and generally really quick to deliver with no postage fees. I had one issue where it took a week for a part to come in to stock after I'd bought it, but I emailed and they let me know immediately

went ok, bad a few issues with the CPU I bought but ultimately resolved them, however at one stage id asked for a refund and had been notified that my email was being actively blocked, so not sure what like was all about, be aware if you may want to return.

I ordered a new CPU to replace my old one - which was useless and awful - from Ron's Electronics, and they were fantastic, delivering a day before the expected date and at a considerably superior price to other retailers. It was strange because I was originally diswayed because I saw several reviews claiming their delivery was poor, but mine was on time and in perfect condition. I'd recommend it to anyone.

The price and product were excellent. There was an issue with the item being dispatched and I had to contact them, as the item hadn't arrived during the dates they sent me. Turns out the item hadn't been dispatched. They delt with it pretty quickly though
