Excellent service, very helpful on the phone and very quick delivery.

The service was good as I received the set within a couple of days.
I was surprised by how heavy the set was when it arrived. The tool attachments are substantial and offer a similar performance to their petrol counter parts (at least the ones I own). No longer have to worry about stale fuel being left in the tank, buying additives and 2 stroke oil to add to petrol. The batteries do have a relatively quick charge cycle. With there being two supplied in this package i shouldn’t run out of power. The batteries are heavy and bulky which makes the equipment similar in weight to its petrol counter parts.
It wasn’t cheap at £799 and really the tool bag which ego sell for around £70 should have been included in the set

I Had been planning to purchase an auto mower for a while and read a number of reviews of mowers on the market.
I decided that Husqvarna was my best choice and as we were going to the Malvern Spring show took time to speak to the guys at the Ron Smith stand as they had working demo’s.
Contacted Tom at the branch after the show to discuss my options and he was very helpful on suggesting the model I would require after looking at pictures of my garden layout and sizes. so placed an order with them.
Tom suggested a survey and Install on same day with the Install going ahead if survey proved to be successful.
Anthony was our installer and after a walk around the garden of which I thought was complicated he advised it was no problem at all so I agreed to go ahead.
He made light work of laying the boundary cable with his cable laying machine and had to create a number of Islands around borders and trees.
He set the machine up and tested to ensure all working ok, he then assisted me with setting up the APP on my phone to control our new mower “Berty”
All functions of the mower were explained well to me and we left it to do his work.
Has now been running for 2 weeks with no issues at all and the lawn is already looking better.
I am very pleased with the service I have received from all the staff I dealt with at Ron Smith and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

1st class installation on one of the hottest days of the year. Could not be more impressed with the care and attention given.

Ordered a Stihl HS45 Hedge Trimmer late on Thursday evening. Item Dispatched the following day and arrived on Monday. Well packaged and usual good delivery by our local and pleasant FedEx delivery driver. There’s was the best price “nationally” available (to my knowledge) for this particular item including P&P.

Proper retailer with very knowledgeable staff. Ordered on line, collected from Worcester store - easy.

I bought a Ego Z6 zero turn. They Built it for me as it comes prepacked in a metal container and delivered it to me. Then spent half an hour or more doing a hand over to ensure I knew how to use it and maintain it, including tips on best approach to cutting my paddock. Overall the service was excellent and I could not fault it. Will definitely buy from them again. Finally the cost of the Z6 included two batteries for the same price that other vendors were charging for the mower on its own, so great value as well.

Bought a hover mower expecting it to hover and throw it around a bank like I used to.

Upon first use it became clear in under 3 minutes that the mower is no longer designed to hover and weights twice as much - I’d say not fit for purpose but your purpose may be different to mine.

Anyway, whilst not company policy, Steffan empathised with my expectation and got permission to take the machine back with a handling fee - a fair and equitable solution.

I’ve suggested the description is changed to set correct expectation - only reason not given a 5 star is I feel the current one is misleading.

I’ll be coming here first next time I need anything as they handled my situation well.
