I’m hard to please
I’m hard to please, expect service from purveyors of goods and services, have travelled widely and can position British customer service as some of the poorest in the world. None of this is true of Ron smith & co . The customer service from my first order to deliver was just amazing. I have now ordered a number of stihl items ( which they also service for me ) as I run my own landscaping company ,and if I have had any problems the staff have always gone out of their way to help and solve any issues. I would highly recommend and suggest you try them ahead of others

Cassie Dedicott was the person who throughout dealt with my purchase & she was most competent & helpful.
I ordered & paid on line for a pair of Stihl chainsaw gloves, that were found to be out of stock, she advised me of this & offered an immediate full refund, but she also gave me the option to wait untill new stock arrived, but said it may take some time in the current climate we're in. I opted for the later option & the did did take some time to arrive from your suppliers, approx 12 weeks. I was disappointed, but understood the reason for the situation. I'm happy Cassie her best to follow them up & to feed me with updates as to what was going on. She couldn't have done more. I haven't given a five, cause obviously had to wait along time. This would not stop me using Ron Smith again. Ref'; the date you ask below, it went on from late Aug or early Sept to 3rd Nov 2022.

Really Helpful And Great Service
I needed a mower, strimmer and hedge cutter. I thought I wanted petrol, and tried researching online but was overwhelmed with so many opinions of what's best.
I decided I needed to talk to someone and went into the Ron Smith shop in Worcester. They were great, they showed me all of the options and explained the pros and cons. They were there to genuinely help rather than use pressure sales tactics.
I ended up buying the Ego Electric range via their web site as it was best suited to what I needed. Shipping was fast, everything was well packaged, and the Ego kit is bloody brilliant!
Can't rate these guys higher and would recommend anyone in need of garden kit takes the time to go into the store.
As a side note, it's worth a visit to the shop just to look around, it's like a Tardis, you will be amazed how much kit they have!
