I requested account closure numerous times for various reasons, from a pattern of having withdrawals sitting a state of completed and being cancelled after 5 days, to losing streaks after corresponding with support after these issues, seemed down right fishy

Roobet cancelled a cashout after this happened numerous times and the funds after 5 days were returned back to the account. I feel this is unethical and gambling inducement. It is definitely a pattern

I deposited €15 on Roobet and shortly after, my account was locked without any clear explanation. I contacted support immediately and provided everything they asked for — my transaction ID, my government ID, and any other verification details.

Instead of resolving the issue, they just kept asking for more and more steps. Every time I respond, they come back with another request. It feels completely unreasonable, especially considering this is over just €15.

The lack of clear communication and the constant back-and-forth with support has been incredibly frustrating. I understand verification is important, but this process feels excessive and unnecessary for such a small amount.

Honestly roobet was good till some months ago but recently i made a withdrawal of 40000 on 4Feb 2026, it has been over 5 days I haven’t received the money in my bank account.
Roobet support is not replying their support emails are even not replying.
This feels sad but that is the reality.
Roobet should look into this matter and should provide better customer support
