I don’t understand the bad reviews, I do only have good experiences. Gambling is loosing and winning, I win and loose but enjoy every part of the Roobet platform.

They have great support system, very efficient and proffesional!

I couldn't withdraw my balance. I've been getting an error the past couple of days. In the past, I've withdrawn without any problems. Now when you contact support about it they say they help you in 24 Hours but in reality they will just ignore you until you lose the balance. Avoid!

"In the case of a postponed match, all markets are considered void unless the match continues within 48 hours of the official start time."

The match was originally scheduled for Jan 18 and was completed on Jan 19, which is well within the 48-hour window. As shown in the official results (Flashscore), Aguilas Cibaenas won the match 4-1.

Despite following your rules, my winning bet was marked as a refund instead of being settled as a win. This is a clear violation of your terms of service. I have attached the following evidence:

Everyone who gave this casino scam 5 stars is a hired liar.

Do not gamble there. This has been the worst gambling experience in my 15 years of playing. When using regular money, the slots seem to work very differently. Maybe the experience is better with crypto, but I don’t use it.

I wish everyone reading this all the best, but I strongly advise against playing on this site. They invest heavily in promoting themselves through famous streamers. These streamers appear generous, giving money away and advertising the platform, but that money ultimately comes from the players. In reality, you end up paying for everything that is shown and given away on stream.

Their VIP system is also the worst I have ever seen. You receive almost nothing in return, and you have to lose even more money just to get any benefits. On many other sites, cashback is available automatically, but here you must first reach VIP status, which requires significant losses.

They also give you cashback in crypto, even when you play with real money. It seems very suspicious to me. On top of that, they give you bonuses or cashback in tiny amounts, and you have to log in every day to claim it, otherwise it expires. That’s how they keep people hooked. There’s a high chance you’ll end up losing that money anyway, since the cashback or bonus is paid out in small portions over the course of a month. It’s completely ridiculous. Reputable sites pay out cashback in full.

When you deposit or withdraw money, you have to pay fees, and those fees aren’t small.

I have switched to another site, and now I can actually enjoy gambling.
