I have nothing but praise for Rob and his team.I ordered a present for my friend last Monday and it arrived on Wednesday.I asked Rob if he could get it to me by then as I needed it quickly.He gave me a response right away and was true to his word.I will definitely be placing an order for my Christmas pressies.

After some problems, I have found that they are good people.

From an online retailer I would expect
The product as described, quick delivery and quick response on any questions I have during the process.

I've worked with Rob and the team at Roobix as a journalist over the last 18 months - in that time I've found them a pleasure to do business with, happy to help as best they can with queries and review samples. Importantly they're proactive in attending trade shows and always on the lookout for great products for their stock.

These guys really went above and beyond. Not only did they contact me within minutes of my initial email, but when they found out the Tardis dress I ordered was for my Hen Night (THIS SATURDAY!) They sent it to me recorded, with promise that it will arrive by Thursday.

Rob and the people at Roobix gave me a level of customer service that went far beyond anything I had experienced before.
Rob was emailing me pictures of the Marshall Amp fridge at 10.00p.m on Friday night to enable us to get the best impression.
He then personally delivered the fridge at 11.30 a.m the next morning.
Thanks Rob the fridge is amazing and the service even better.

Utterly brilliant service from these guys, really helped me out when I wanted something urgently for a birthday party. Rob was fab, he even helped me as I couldn't get my debit card to work so he talked me through PayPal. Good old fashioned customer service and lovely genuine people!

Our experience with Roobix is as a UK supplier and we have always been happy with our relationship with them and their purchase and accounts departments.

I ordered a t-shirt which unfortunately was not the right one. However when contacting them about the issue they responded within the hour offering me a discount or money back straight away or to send me the correct t-shirt immediately. I was impressed with the speed in which they dealt with it. And overall really good service

The product I had ordered for my son's birthday was out of stock even though it had been processed as available. As compensation for the small error Roobix sent me a lovely Star wars Plush toy for my son's birthday as 'A sorry'. Really appreciated this kind and thoughtful action. Above the call of duty and a breath of fresh air to do business with. Also very quick to reply with a personnel email. Thanks!

I came across Roobix when looking for unique gifts and gadgets. It has so many cool things that are not available any where else. The staff are helpful and answer any questions very quickly. I'm always checking to see what new stuff they have. Would definitely recommend!
