Roobix.co.uk has sprung on to the scene at a time where many are competing to sell you gadgets. Roobix have a great range of products, and what sets them apart is the fact that they are not shy to carry the weird and wonderful as well. Want to look like Chewbacca in a dressing gown? They have it. Want to get a wrist strap that carries an Ubuntu OS in it. They have it. They also have a great collection of nerdy and geeky collectible items. Going beyond the collections, the prices are reasonable, competitive compared to rest of the internet, and followed by a quick delivery. Best of all though, is the personal interaction with them which provides a good support. My experience was over Twitter, and I found it very personable.

Almost everything went fine but we had a few delays with the shipment due to production problems. Nice and personal contact and fast replies.

I ordered some car mats, got told they were dispatched next day with and given a tracking number. The courier lost my parcel but contacted roobix and was given several options of what i wanted to do (refund, exchange, wait for more stock etc). I chose exchange and was kept up to date with what was happening. Communication was fantastic every step of the way. Ill definitely shop here again! The lost car matts were sent out once more were instock and couldnt be happier..thanks :D
