DIGITALCLUBDEALSCOM IS A SCAM!

I received the cat toy for $1 but 10 days later I got a charge of $189.94 placed on my debit card from DIGITALCLUBDEALSCOM. It's not bad enough that they stole my money, but it caused a deficit on my account which created excess fees for overdraws and I had to shut down that account and wait for a new card.

These scavengers need to be STOPPED!

The best cat toy ever!!

I received pretty fast delivery on my order. At first I wasn't sure it could be real because you offered the electric ball for cats at only $1.00. It looked so good that I took the gamble and ordered one.
Oh my goodness! It's beyond great! My cat is going crazy over it. I like the feature that shuts it off after 5 minutes too altho he hasn't stopped playing with it yet...lol
It only took a few minutes for the initial charge to be full. I'm grateful for that because I was excited to show it to Tiger. He had no idea what was coming of course but I could hardly stand it. I must be honest and say that I turned it on before that charge to see what it would do. But when I realized how awesome it was I quickly started the charging while I went to find Tiger.
He was so fascinated by it. It whirls and rolls. It vibrates making a neat sound that catches his attention if he looks away. I noticed that when he taps it in order to"catch" it the ball races away with him right behind. He'll probably lose weight lol which wouldn't hurt.
Thank you so much for this really special toy. It's the best cat toy ever.
I'm going to tell all my cat parents about it and I'm going to share it on Facebook too.

Totally agree that ROOBZE IS A SCAM.

Totally agree with everyone else here. Ordered the cat toy, charged $1.00. Fine. Today my husband tried to use our credit card and it was denied. Called the bank and they had blocked our account yesterday with the $86.46 Roobze charge was attempted and they tried again today. I did not choose to get a new card issued, but after reading that's the only way to stop the charges, I think I will definitely call back and have them cancel and issue a new one. WHY CAN'T PEOPLE GET REAL HONEST TO GOODNESS JOBS AND MAKE AN HONEST LIVING without cheating others? I'm sick of these scammers.

SCAM SCAM SCAM

Same as everyone else here. I fell for the $1 cat toy. Didn't see any negative reviews. A week later, I got charged $86 and some change from something called “digitalclubdealscom.” I contacted my bank and they confirmed that that is a scam and they were crediting my account and investigating.

Fraudulent monthly charges

Fraudulent monthly charges follow any order placed. Contact is email only and they ignore any complaints. Disputed and Bank stated several claims have been reported. Once they have your CC, you can only get a new card to stop the charges.

Same Scam, New Name!

For anyone who may stumble upon this, they are now going by "CollectionLounge" on social media! Same scam but changed the name as people were becoming familiar with 'Roobze'! Don't fall for it as they will send the ball but start charging you monthly fees for something you did not agree to!

SCAM!

Like everyone else, I bought a cat toy for $1 and then was charged $86.46 a month for 3 months before I caught it. I'm now trying to dispute it with my bank and get a new card. I went to the website and sent an email through the contact us link, and their reply was that they canceled my subscription to an app. I threatened to contact the police and they then said they were issuing a refund for all charges. Waiting to see if that actually happens. The toy was charged under the roobze name, but the 3 months was under digitaldealsnow.

I am in the same boat as all of the others! I got the cat ball and they tried to charge my card for $86!! That was fine though because I only had a few dollars in my account. You can dispute this with your bank as Fraud. P.S. I saw the ad again and read the fine print. Yes, at the very end of all the fine print under terms it does say that they will charge you $86 after 17 days.

Scam

I have the same exact story as everyone else, I just wanted to contribute to the negative reviews because this company deserves it.

I bought the $1 cat toy. About a week or so after I received it, I had a $86.46 charge from digitaldealsnow. Luckily my bank disputed it but buyers beware!
