Same as everyone else just about

Same as everyone else just about. I ordered the dog towel and cat toy and my daughter decided to get the same for hers. I noticed two odd charges for 86.46 and when I googled the name I was even more disappointed than the "$11 priority shipping" that delivered the same day as regular. I have disputed with my bank and I will be reporting them to BBB, Amazon, and anywhere else I can find.

Cat Ball Scam

After reading reviews I realize that I'm not the only one who has been scammed by this compay. You purchase the cat toy ball for $1.00, give them your debit card info and then a few days later your account is debited $86.46.

Roobze fraud!

Same as everyone else. Charged $86.46 from DIGITALAPPDEALS under Membership/ club activity description. Called my credit card and disputed it and got a credit. They advertise that a cat toy is only a $1. but when you hit submit they charged $24.95 - this was immediately flagged by my card for some reason and i declined the charge. but the $86.46 was charged a few weeks later. So i disputed the claim and am now getting a new card.

I too fell for the $1 Roobze ball for my cat. I went to my bank account and had an $86 charge from Digitalappde. I knew this was not a charge from me. I called the fraud department to investigate and now have to wait on a new debit card 😒.

Same as everyone else

Same as everyone else. I bought the cat toy for $1 just last week. Today I got a fraud alert text from my bank for purchase of $86 and some change. It was denied. I went and looked at my statement for this month and noticed 2 transactions that I didn't make. One was for June 10th and the next one was for June 12th both in the amount of $49. It was under the name ShopatMars so be careful of them too.

This is 100% a scam

This is 100% a scam! They advertise that a cat toy is only a $1. Later you will start finding other charges. I was charged $24.95 and then later I was charged $19.98 and they put it under another name hoping I wouldn't catch it. They will charge you under the name ditigal appeals. The phone number is out of California 951-494-6406. An Asian lady will answer and give you the run around. I have waited since June 1st for my refund of $24.95. They told me to call my bank and I did. The bank has no pending refund of $24.95 for me. I called that number back and now they have no recollection of my refund. I fell for this ad on Facebook. Please don't fall for this! I read that they have been doing this to people since November 2023. Let's get the website Roobze shut down! So far I have 2 charges from them. Others have warned that a 3rd charge of $84 comes next! I am having to cancel my debit card now and go through that mess!

This is a scam

This is a scam. I ordered the $100 cat toy with free shipping. Then today 6/10/24 when I looked at my bank they also charged me $149.95 and $9.95 under a different name. I called my bank right away and reported it. My next step is the BBB, but I am betting they are foreign based, so we will see if they can shut it down. If I see the ad on FB again I will report to FB as well.

They’ve been report to BBB

Just like everyone in reviews I seen the cat toy for $1 it was a Facebook add. I had used my virtual card with Apple Pay. They immediately tried to charge me a total of $50.00. I ended up getting a new virtual card number. I also reported them to BBB.org

SOMEONE SHOULD TELL THE BBB!

Like everyone here, I've been seeing the ads for the $1.00 cat toy....now with FREE SHIPPING, too! Seemed too good to be true, which these reports prove it is. One person here wondered why no one has reported Roobze yet.....well, SOMEONE HAS TO DO IT! Google your state's Attorney General for contacting info and write a letter or email. You can also find info for the Better Business Bureau online. I would do it, but I didn't place an order.

Stay away from here! RIPOFF!!!

I placed a $1.00 order for a cat ball that ended up costing me $20 after priority handling and some other b.s. that I didn't expect!!! I did reach out to them and asked to have them cancel the order immediately and they did, so I gave them a one (1) star review for at least that. But the fact that they TRIED to charge so much is suspicious and annoying ... be careful 🧐.

You get what you pay for

Bought a $1 cat toy. You get what you pay for, toy works but not very well and only for five minutes before it needs recharging. Cat likes it so I'll buy a replacement from another company.

They tried to scam me out of $12 for "priority processing" at ordering, but I emailed and was able to have that charge cancelled. Then I was hit with scam calls just days later trying to steal my debit card information. My bank issued a new card (just in case) so hopefully I won't have to deal with any of the false charges others here have had to deal with.

You can't leave reviews with Roobze directly either. They claim 4.7 stars on their website but you have no way to verify that because you can't even open the reviews page to read them. You only get to see a select few that they show you.

Scam

I ordered forever ago. Only had to pay for shipping. Was giving tracking info and everything. Wanted to believe it was true. Never got the item but now I keep getting random charges to my account from fake companies. Had to change my banking info. They are a scam.
