Great service
Great service. Were able to source the parts I needed from the supplier, faster than any local Auckland branch were able to do. Final cost was lower than competitors, and that was with the additional shipping.

Product is great & but seller courier…
Product is great & but seller courier communication/link was less than average ie code e mailed as tracking was actually just order number & so couldn’t track parcel which took 8 days

I ordered black bars
I ordered black bars, but received silver. I needed them urgently, so didn't bother returning. Not a big deal, but a bit annoying. ORDER 23-7526
After posting this review the company has apologised and paid back some $. I am happy with this result and think it was handled well. Mistakes happen, we're all human. The roof bars are working well.
