Ordered a Rhino-Rack Sunseeker 2.0 awning with stow it. The Stow it mounts aren't available in NZ they refunded me the difference pretty quickly and got me the awning with out the stow it mounts. Only hold up was the stow mounts they tried to find me one and went the extra mile. Communication was pretty good happy to shop with them again

Good product, logistical challenges
Good product. Seemed to be a communication breakdown for my order - it was supposed to come in plenty of time for our holiday (on a Friday, ordered Monday) but the order ended up sitting in the warehouse going nowhere while the manager was away for a few days.

Roof bike rack appeared to be a good price compared to others we looked at. Quick and easy ordering and turned up relatively stiftly for sizing of boxes and our location.
Product fits easily and works as described. Fairly easy to use at height too which is good.
