Great product and fantastic customer service. The roof box is perfect for what we need, does 40+ days for the season around the South Island ski fields without a problem. It is great for the summer too with long car trips, freeing up space in the car. We love how easy the mechanism makes it to switch the roof box between our cars. Highly recommend.

Easy, good service, good product
I think this is the 4th(?) set of roof racks I have purchased from the roof box company. I have found them very helpful in selecting the right product and answering any questions I have had. Shipping has always been fast, and of course the product has always been good. I always go with the Prorack Aero. They look great, especially in black like the last 3 sets I purchased!!

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Bought a rack and box combo and drove over to pick it up as I live not too far away. Lovely lady had it all installed in about 40mins. Even tried to come up with a solution for the awkward placing of our fixing points. Chucked in some storage straps for free. Highly recommend roofbox.
