When I was unsure from the online options and asked a question on the helpline re adapters to fit my bars on a different vehicle the answer was clear and helpful. Then ordering and postage was straightforward. I fitted the racks today. Instructions were pretty clear to follow but the fitting was pretty fiddly. I found I needed to push the bar down with one elbow to get enough thread to catch. Long nimble fingers would be an advantage
