The sales team are excellent
The sales team are excellent. The very nice chap I spoke to was very helpful and knowledgeable and was quick to return messages via phone or email. The skylight came when told and I was kept in the loop throughout the entire process. Couldn't recommend these guys more highly.

We don’t usually send delivery emails as our delivery messages are sent via text message to mobile numbers provided but when we don’t have mobile numbers for customers, emails are sent. I want to try to understand if it was a delivery message sent by us or on of the third party transport companies we use?

Very prompt service
Very prompt service. One of the retaining screws on the pallet was not properly fixed. Very careful delivery driver had made sure no harm had come to the light.
