Helpful company to deal with.
I needed to amend my order, and they made this very easy for me to do.
The roof lights look very smart on the side extension which is now completed.
The delivery guy was lovely too.
If the opportunity arises, I will use this company again.

Incorrect roof lantern
We have had our Roof lantern delivered today which was a big disappointment. We had ordered electric opening however a manual opening was delivered. We have tried to call your offices to let you know but no one has answered the telephone so we will have to try again tomorrow. Please, please don’t delay in collecting it.

It is 18:23 on 13/10/21 and we have returned all miss calls, returned all messages, and not had a miss call or voice message from you today from the number we have on file. Your review was left at 18:00 on 13/10/21 which Is 23 minutes ago. Our normal office hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday as shown online but we do occasionally have staff working after hours. We have sent an email and text message asking for a call back so we can help resolve this matter asap.
If you could send us an image of the rooflight delivered rooflight showing it’s manual to info@rlrl.co.uk, we can arrange collection and a full refund or alternatively deliver the correct item? The package may have been mixed with another customers unit by third party transport so we may be able to resolve this fairly quickly.

To be fair it was more of a supplier to them and courier issue than Roof lights and lanterns and having had a quick look over them they certainly appear to be as we needed for a decent price. We can see order number 2428 placed by Paul Edwards was delivered on 13/09/21 and signed for at 12:09 on 13/09/21 under tracking number 01491633. This review was left 1 day before delivery on 12/09/21. This was delivered by third party transport company.

Having looked into your order for the Mardome polycarbonate access hatch rooflight, it was ordered and delivered within 3 working days directly from the manufacturer. We haven’t received any communication from you since delivery notifying us it was damaged since the item was delivered on 02/08/21. This negative review you have left is the first communication since the item was delivered. If you had made us aware we could send a free of charge replacement and collect the damaged item if it was damaged in transit. Third-party transport is used to deliver the items and like with any delivery, items can be damaged in transit and if we’re notified, we can replace damaged items.
Would you be able to send us pictures of the damage to info@rlrl.co.uk and we can look into this further for you?
