Well maintained and clean facility
Well maintained and clean facility. The rooms are easy to access with good size doors.
Staff are friendly and helpful.
The only thing I think they could do better is to either use RFID tags (instead of an 8 digit number) for the entry gate, or provide something like a business card with your room details and gate code that you can stick in your wallet or the car.

Self Storage or boarding house?
When your company pays for a storage facility, and you turn up and see people living in a few of the units, then my confidence in security and personal safety becomes an issue. Reported to some manager "josh" it was like talking to a deer in headlights. Weird response. I can't send my wife or my PA on her own anymore.

The storage space is great at st Mary’s.
The storage space is great at st Mary’s. The customer service team is amazing. They help out with everything. All queries are answered. Especially the mobile app is very helpful and easy to use. I am so impressed. The use of the van is very helpful to bring in all of our storage goods and the trolley is very easy to manoeuvre. Very neat place. The name roomia is really apt to the storage. Very happy with everything. I am recommending to all my family and friends to use Roomia in the event of storage. Thanks so much to the team at St Mary’s and at Minchinbury.
