How does a website "locate" itself in Ireland but the it is essentially Chinese? I need to be TOLD in the 'about' section that it is in fact NOT a European company but delivers from China and can take a long time to deliver?!?! That is not transparent business.

My Body is so happy. I used to shuffle 5 pillows around at night to support my head and still ended up with a headache. Now with Your Pillows… Simplii wonderful, Sheets linen perfect. The only draw back … I want to stay in Bed!

Highest quality sheets I have had. We have purchased a featherbed and 1000 thread count sheet set. No issues with shipping. I will replace all of my bed linen from Roomie-design

The Cleopatra Duvet is very special and handcrafted beautifully. The fabric of the Duvet is somewhat like a tapestry with vibrant colors. I wish there were buttons inside the Duvet to hold the stuffer, there is not. There are little strings that I pulled thru the stuffer holes to secure it inside the Duvet. The flat sheet has a beautiful intricate edge that matches the Duvet. The bed skirt is an elegant touch that I took to the seamstress to place holes in to fit the brackets of our electric bed thru, so pretty. The sheets are soft and a high thread count. I washed them on cool and low dryer setting, they came out beautifully. There are beautiful quilts in the package as well. Miss Ellen is wonderful to work with and able to handle my special request of plain XL twin sheets and plain king pillow cases to go with the complete set. Roomie Design makes very high quality bedding and I highly recommend them.

Slow to arrive

Ordered a duvet set, asked for a fitted sheet by mistake, emailed them to see how to change for a flat sheet they replied we will send you a flat sheet out keep the fitted one.
Arrived in a few days.
Brill customer service, great quality duvet set.

no on the package is says highway 11, i can send you the picture if you dont believe me, and highway 11 is not what the order confirmation says my adress is

Ordered exact same duvet set to replace original and the new one got delivered but was a completely different fabric and colour. Not the same type of fabric or print as originally purchased. Dull, not the same solid blue, more aqua/teal, floral print not vibrant and blurry and larger over span of duvet and pillows. Looks and feels cheap in comparison to original duvet set purchased. Wrote customer service, sent photos showing the difference. Completely ignored in response. 10/10 do not recommend.

I couldn’t be happier with the several experiences l have had through the many purchases l have made. The quality, customer service and attentiveness is excellent. The only improvement that should be made is the additional AED15 which is requested at the time of delivery. This should be flagged in advance for safety precautions.

Not received my product as yet but upto now they have done exactly what it says on the tin 😃

I ordered the Fern Duvet Cover Set and was very disappointed by the quality of both the fabric and the finish. The fabric is very thin and flimsy, it's soft but certainly doesn't feel like Egyptian Cotton and certainly not 500 thread count. The seam finishing is very sloppy with long bits of thread hanging from every corner, and the thread used in the seams shrinks in the wash more than the fabric so after two washes the edges are already all crumpled up. For the price it's completely unacceptable quality so very disappointed, won't use this store again.
