Literally never fulfilled my order, confused themselves on their own system and think they fulfilled my order when they didn’t (because they sent me the wrong merchandise) and are now ignoring my emails after me chasing them for over a year and them saying that I could expect to receive my order in 3-4 months each time. Pathetic. I was so patient.

Original order was good and high quality.

Subsequent order in November was never delivered, I followed up and they only responded once ("out of stock, might have it back by end of December"), but if I hadn't followed up they would have just taken my money and never delivered anything.

I've subsequently followed up multiple times and have been ignored, so have been forced to dispute the charges with AMEX.

Absolutely zero customer service. They sent beautiful sheets that were not the colour I ordered. All I wanted to do was talk with them, exchange the colour but they do not respond. Meanwhile they bombard me with marketing emails. They also have a 25% fee for any returns even if unused.

I am a repeat customer and I have been trying to get a hold of them via email, form on the website, DMs and social media all to no avail. The funniest part is I'm trying to buy more from them! I will spend my money elsewhere where customer service matters to a company when someone is trying to spend money with them.

I placed an order on 6 Dec for £498, which included 4 pillows purchased as gifts. These are now unwanted and unused and despite contacting the company on 3 distinct occasions by email and their online contact route, it has ignored my messages. My request is that the company adopt the routine practice of good companies, namely to extent the return period during the Christmas festive period. Besides, this company has a restricted returns policy of only 14 days.

I found Ethical Bedding after reading online reviews for traditional silk pillowcases. I've had silk pillowcases for a few years now and loved them, but haven't enjoyed how they're not particularly durable. The review I read pointed out that eucalyptus silk would likely solve that specific problem, whilst maintaining the silky smooth texture (I have very curly hair so this is a huge priority to me), and so far I have zero complaints! There's no extra frizz in the morning and I'm chuffed.

I must also add I had to reach out to customer service with a stock issue problem and Lucy could not have been more helpful in offering solutions - what a gem!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Ethical Bedding! Even though there was an issue with their ordering system that allowed me to purchase items that were out of stock, the way this company handled everything was truly exceptional. From the very start, they went above and beyond to make things right, showing a level of care and professionalism that’s incredibly rare these days.

Lucy has been absolutely amazing — she’s been helping me since spring with such patience and kindness. When my desired items finally came back in stock, Ethical Bedding surprised me by sending them completely free of charge, along with a beautiful, high-quality tote bag! What an incredible and thoughtful gesture.

They first sent the duvet cover and later the matching sheets once those were available — such generosity and attention to detail! And the Eucalyptus bed set itself is a dream come true: luxuriously soft, airy, and breathable, keeping the skin comfortable and isn't drying it out like cotton. It’s by far the best bedding I’ve ever owned.
I’m now planning to get another set for my parents before it sells out again — and it’s no wonder it’s so popular! Ethical Bedding truly has it all: sustainability, outstanding quality, and customer service that’s second to none. What more could anyone ask for?

I've bought eucalyptus sheets and pillowcases from Ethical Bedding in the past and love them so much for their high quality and silky soft feel. This time I bought more pillowcases because they are so much more effective than traditional silk ones at stopping my curly hair turning into frizz by the morning.

I doubt I will buy bed linen anywhere else now. Planning to buy duvet covers soon.

Items are usually despatched very quickly and sent 1st Class. Customer service has been great when I needed it too.

Well… what a wait! Clearly some supply chain issues but I’m so glad I stuck with it and endured to receive the bedding set. It really is sooo good. So soft it may as well be silk and is really lovely to be rapped up in. I’m convinced I sleep better because of it. Highly recommended and much appreciation for the Ethical Bedding team! Exquisite pillow cases, once you try eucalyptus silk you will never go back. Feels cool and fresh against skin and no friction - so great for keeping hair tangle free. I feel these aid a good nights sleep, also knowing that the products are ethical only adds to this.

Loved the pillowcases. Just what we wanted for my client who insisted on ethical and no nasties for her health issues. Recommended.

So disappointed . When this company was small and run by the founder it did ok. But now it’s sold its soul to corporate and it’s just gone down hill. The letters you recieve from “james” are not from him. They Moved manufacturing to increase profits and care little about customer service. I ordered a duvet cover and four pillow cases . Over a year later I only got two pillow cases . They sent me every colour of the rainbow except the ones that matched my duvet. And the QUALITY IS NOT THE SAME. When I complained they claimed the case was closed. The nerve . They wore me down to the extent that I just gave up . They are not worth my time and wellbeing. They will probably response to this and say all this is false in which case I have correspondence.

Brilliant pillowcases! I ordered the eucalyptus pillowcases. They are so soft and feel absolutely amazing. I will definitely buy a fitted sheet and duvet cover to go with! 100% recommend to everybody. Love, love, love the company and what they stand for. My friend and mother in law ordered themselves a pair too after seeing mine!

Ordered a pregnancy pillow and it arrived very quickly. It's super soft, comfortable, and came with a nice tote bag. Would recommend.

Brilliant eucalyptus silk pillowcases and sheets from a brilliant small ethical company. I was recommended the eucalyptus silk pillowcases by a Charlotte Tilbury senior makeup artist as she said they were the best for your skin and I I love the them. I have now had to buy for all my daughters who having bought silk and other pillowcases now love these the best. I have also just bought the eucalyptus bedsheet set for a very sweaty male who also loves them and prefers them to cotton. I am happily waiting for them to be shipped to me as they are worth the wait.
