I love my ethical bedding sheets - these guys do a generally great job as a forward thinking and eco concious company but aside from that the quality of the product is supreme. They’re so soft and luxurious, I will never go back to another type of bedding.

I understand they have had some issues with ripple effects from Trump’s tariffs and that has affected recent orders, but want to make it clear that this is not the norm and sometimes businesses run into issues like this. My order came rapidly and efficiently when I bought my products. An excellent service all round.

I have been using the Eucalyptus bedding since the company launched. I have been very happy with it.
I have been looking to get another set as It may need replacing soon or I may change colour.
I looked on the website and see orders I delayed. I am happy to wait because I love this bedding.

The bedding is incredible. Very luxurious and comfortable. I tried different bedding over the years from other companies but nothing compares to the product suppled by Ethical Bedding!….I highly recommend their products.

Customer service is amazing and when I missed an offer email they refreshed the code for me to still benefit from the offer. I have not had any issues with stock although I know some people have but this is out of the companies control and I think people are too quick to write a negative review rather than let a company sort it out in my experience. I love my eucalyptus silk pillows so much I bought another set and my mother has also bought two lots. I am excited for their new products too. Good value for money for the quality and ethics.

They force you to pay a 25% return "fee" if you return items - which is of course not included as information before you buy the item

Poor Customer Service/Long Shipment Delays!!!!
I have tried in vain to amicably resolve an issue with the owner James Higgins, in summary i ordered a bed set in grey as part of their Final Sale items, this set included a bed sheet, duvet and two Oxford pillow cases.
Upon arrival the two Oxford pillow cases were missing, from emailing their customer service team they firstly queried if i ordered the pillow cases, I then had to provide back up to support these were part of the set.
Their customer service colleague, Lucy, apologised and confirmed the missing two pillow cases were being dispatched that day, based on this i made up our bed with the base sheet and duvet cover in anticipation of the pillow cases arrival.
Upon arrival of the pillow cases and to my horror they-were a darker version of grey, so did not match our base sheet or duvet. I of course challenged this only to be told that they no longer stock the lighter grey set, and the darker is the new colour!
I asked to return the bedding set only to be told that I could not as the bed sheet and duvet had been used!
After several emails of requesting their support in refunding my money or supplying a full set in the same colour, I received an email from the owner, James, firstly insulting me by saying that there were other platforms to message if I needed continually contact them, this rude comment was based on my constant chasing emails with no reply, you will see other reviews stating the same in that their Customer Service is difficult to get hold of!! James went on to say that their T&Cs state they cannot accept refunds and their decision was final, James went on to say that at the time of my purchase there was a disclaimer on their website with regards to potential colour variation, I cannot see this disclaimer and have politely requested on many occasions for a copy of this disclaimer, but I have been sent nothing!
I am now having to take this matter to court to seek resolution and fairness, James remains reluctant to share with me this disclaimer and resolve this matter amicably.
I warn you to be cautious before placing an order as the colours can vary and you could up with different shades across your bedding sets!
In addition, they are knowingly having severe issues with supply from China and some stock is taking over 3 months to arrive, I still await arrival of a white fitted sheet, from another set that was ordered, which was ordered in early August!
Please note they are still actively selling this item on their website with no notification to consumers of their severe supply issues! You have been warned!!!!

In reply to your response to my feedback, this is utter rubbish and lies. I have requested on 5 occasions for you to forward to me a copy of your disclaimer to support your claim that items in your final sale may vary in colour, but you have NOTHING TO SUPPORT YOUR CLAIM!!! In addition to your offer of credit, you have failed on two occasions to send me a full complete set, so why would I place more orders only to be further disappointed!!!

The bedding its self is lovely and really luxurious feel if you want mismatch bedding!. I have now gone to trading standards and going to small claims court as they have no intention in providing the bedding they sell you. They take your money and don’t provide what you order. I ordered a white set bedding beginning August, it’s said on website 3-4 days delivery, after two weeks still no delivery, I enquired and replies was they are waiting on super king ffitted sheet stock but happy to send out rest of the order till it comes in. Then they went quite on me, I husband wrote to ask them how long we will be waiting. They said approximately 3weeks. Im still waiting on this white fitted bed sheet and it near end October! We then bought a super king grey set, this set turned up with out the Oxford super king pillow cases. On enquiry where is was they said we didn’t order them. I had to send evidence that these came in the bedding set! Surely they know what sets they put on sale. Eventually they sent us out two super king oxford pillowcases. However when they arrived they are a different grey to the set we purchased. We have contact them regarding this to be told they changed their colour. So now we have another incomplete set.

Basically we have spent over £730 for 2x bed sets in two colours grey and white and neather set is complete. Really poor for service for the price of this bedding. We have contacted trading standards who are looking in to this company. So I apeal if you are having issues with Ethical Bedding do not stand for their lies, CONTACT TRADING STANDARDS. This will be the only way to bring Ethical Bedding to accountability. Do not let them steal your money for products they CAN NOT Deliver.

Order items missing and promises of delivery time frame failed. I ordered in July 2025. No updates. Still waiting 18 October 2025. Was offered a 35% refund when I emailed to cancel the order. (Update 18 October 2025).

Been waiting over a week now for our order although we had an email to say it was dispatched 4 days ago, sadly you can only email the customer care team as no phone contact is allowed, they say by email they will look into the whereabouts of our order but heard nothing!!!

We ordered over £400 worth of bedding including a new duvet and pillows last week, however when it arrived part of the order was missing. Despite several emails and completing the contact form on their website, no one has responded (not even and acknowledgment email)
Not sure what else to do as there doesn’t seem to be another way to contact this company - I definitely wouldn’t recommend ordering from them.

I was pleased to see the ethical credentials of this company. The pillow was sent quickly and arrived in perfect condition. I ordered the medium-firm which is in fact softer than I anticipated but it's like sleeping on a cloud!! It's made well and the price I paid was very good. Recommended.

Quick delivery and nice product. I bought the silk pillowcases and I have already noticed the difference in the quality of my hair. The package included a complimentary tote bag which I appreciated.

I shopped around for the most sustainable bedding and I love the eucalyptus silk bedding I got from Ethical Bedding. I wish I'd found It before all those hot flushes!!
It is quite expensive but if you wait a while, there are occasionally considerable reductions as stock is turned over. In fact I just bought a flat sheet significantly cheaper than fitted, and will fit it myself (no problem with a sewing machine and decades of experience).
There have been a couple of glitches when ordered products were not immediately available (e.g. delayed on a boat at the Suez Canal), but I was offered the choice of cancelling or getting another hefty discount. I chose the latter and hung in there, and it eventually arrived.
Having run a small business myself, I understand when responses may not always be as prompt as we have come to expect these days. That's what you get with a small ethical business run by real people who value their staff.

Love my eucalyptus silk pillowcases! Had a great (and cool) nights sleep on them. Fast delivery and a free tote which is great quality. Everyone should support this company - they’re doing amazing things.

The "beautiful blue" silk pillow cases arrived well packaged and looked good, I bought at a very special offer price.
I am disappointed at how quickly the silk has creased. That said they do the job they were bought for and protect my delicate skin and hair when sleeping.
