Roomie gives you a quality product at a good price that feels comfortable on your body isn't that what we all want nice job.

Quality is as it states in the advertisement.
However, the additional pillow cases in the bundle are not the same shade as the bedding and pillow cases in the pack.
I provided a pic as requested off customer service.
Responses to queries are not as stated within 48 hours.
After a couple of weeks I was informed the reason the additional pillow cases looked a different shade was because the cases I was now using which were the shade I wanted were covering white pillows and the additional ones, still in the pack they came in, weren’t.
Advice: put the covers ( which are the creamier ones) on a white pillow & they will all look the same colour!!
The difference in shade was evident on opening the package on delivery, plus how can you get the edges to look the same as they don’t even cover the pillow.
Absolutely not happy with customer service response so I now have a set of pillow cases in one shade and all the additional ones in a slightly darker shade!
Totally unacceptable!!!

I waited for 2 months for my order to arrive. Finally I reached out to ask for an update. They said the package was lost, issued a refund and said if I still wanted the items I would have to order all over again, even though the products had increased 40% in price since I ordered. So frustrating.

Worst communication. Ordered on 27th February and still not received my item. The tracking number supplied does not exist by the carrier.

I have ordered my first duvet cover set from Roomie-Design and it has just exceeded my expectations. Aurum Duvet Cover set was my first love . By now i have ordered 3 other sets wich are amazing. I totally recommend the Minimalist Duvet…sleeping in with it’s just perfect! Love it! Great Quality!

Finally I found out the best bedding set, in Roomies design e-shop!
Starting from amazing quality, variety of designs, the feeling during sleep to the best prices that don’t exist (so low) at the market.
Within 4 months I have purchased 5 set. All are so beautiful that I can’t decide which one to lay on my bed once! Are also luxurious and the Egyptian cotton is like silk!!!

Good products ... but not worth the EUR 400+ I paid for two duvet sets. Also, be prepared to wait almost one month to receive them.

I recently ordered a set of bedding 4/7/2021 order 2627.The goods arrived and appeared to be of good quality however after 3 months the duvet zip has broken and despite numerous emails I have had no response whatsoever. There is no contact phone number avoid this company will keep you posted if I get any response.

Waited very long to get the stuff, payed a lot of custom taxes.
The color was not the one that I ordered and quality of the sheets was not so good for the expensive price.
