I just want to give a huge shoutout to my driving instructor, Ali!

From the very first lesson, Ali was patient, calm, and incredibly supportive. He explained everything clearly and made even the trickiest parts of driving feel manageable. His teaching style really built my confidence on the road, step by step.

Thanks to Ali’s guidance and encouragement, I was able to pass my driving test on my very first attempt!

I honestly couldn’t have done it without him. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable and reassuring instructor who genuinely wants you to succeed, I can’t recommend Ali enough.

I had a rather not pleasant experience with the Roots driving school Reading. My experience was mainly with the instructor I was assigned, so I’m only commenting on that and not the other instructors at the school. During lessons, I often felt there was a lack of focus and encouragement, which affected my confidence as a learner. I was also led to believe I wasn’t ready for manual driving, so I decided to switch to automatic lessons.

For someone looking for calm, patient, and fully attentive guidance, this may not have been the right fit for me.

Krishna from Roots Driving school has been a very great and professional instructor. His patience, tolerance and ability to relate and calm situations is top notch. I really recommend him.

With my good instructor Krishna I was able to get on the roads within my first lesson. He’s very encouraging, allowing me to feel comfortable when driving on main/busy roads, all thanks to him im sure I’ll progress very quickly!

Before him, I had an instructor who didn’t believe in me and even told me I wouldn’t be test-ready just two months before my test. It really knocked my confidence.

Then I found Masroor. From day one, he was patient, encouraging, and completely dedicated to helping me improve. In just one month of lessons, he built up my skills and my confidence and today I passed first time.

Thanks to Masroor bhai, I have passed my test very easily with just one minor mistake. I failed in my first attempt as I went with just one lesson. I knew the driving but not the rules and there my instructor gave me focused training rather than teaching me everything.

Definitely would recommend Roots school if you want to pass the test.

I was very nervous about learning to drive in my 40s. Fortunately, Lukas at Roots was amazing with his patience, and made me feel at ease behind the wheel. I Had a fantastic experience with tutor like Masood Majeed, very professional and was flexible with my schedule, highly recommend him. Thank you Masood for helping me building these driving skills.

If you decide to go with this driving school, be very careful. Whatever you do, do NOT go with some of their instructors. They are the WORST instructors you'll ever have and you'll end up regretting going with this school or even learning to drive. They are extremely unprofessional and have no respect for their learners. Long story short, they're scammers with no manners and don't deserve to be instructors if you ask me. The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because the owner of the school was helpful enough to sort out the issue with one of them so my recommendation would be to go with any other school but not this one. You will thank yourself in the future.
