Geen verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel bij Rootsmann

Nieuw appartement betrokken. Nieuwe vloerbekleding laten leggen. Nieuw locker-kastje bij Rootsmann besteld en neergezet. Daar waar de vier pootjes van het kastje het zeil raakten ontstonden zeer snel gele vlekken. Niet! schoon te krijgen. Rootsmann benaderd en zij gaven in eerste instantie schoonmaaktips. Echter de hardnekkige vlekken laten zich niet verwijderen en ontsieren mijn nieuwe (dure) zeil. Daarna Rootsmann aansprakelijk gesteld voor de schade aan mijn zeil. Rootsmann laat weten dat ze niets voor me kunnen betekenen. Volgens mij heeft elk bedrijf een aansprakelijkheidsverzekering, waardoor het op mij overkomt dat Rootsmann best iets kán betekenen maar dat niet wíl! Kortom een nare ervaring met (een product van) Rootsmann!
