AVOID Rosabella whatever you do!!

Ordered Moringa from them in December 2025 but when I tried them they reduced my blood pressure to dangerously low levels. My doctor advised me not to take them. I resigned myself to taking the loss.
Then in February another order arrived. They signed me up for a subscription!!
I have emailed them for two weeks asking how I can return them but they ignore me. I will start a charge back with my credit card company.
Terrible company, zero customer service. AVOID!!!!

Buyer beware!

I placed an order for buy 3 get 3 free plus expedited shipping and they charged me for 6 bottles @ $11.98. O thought I was paying ,$11.98 ea.,for 3 bottles and getting 3 free. Total charge was $81.90. They never give you the price of the first three bottles. I immediately contacted them and they did nothing. They told me I could adjust my order through their service widget, But it isn't working. I had to call my bank and ask them to dispute the charge. Can't recommend this company Their pricing is deceptive. They said I can return the merchandise and request a refund, But other reviewers said they had a very difficult time getting a refund from these people.

SCAM COMPANY

This company is totally dishonest. I was going to order the buy 1 get 1 free offer. After many pop up ads wanting me to add to my order. I decided to back out. However I did not take my credit card info out before backing out. I did not place the order. They sent me an email saying " Did you forget to finish your order?" By the time I clicked out of that email, they sent me another one saying "thank you for your order of 4 bottles." I tried many avenues to contact them with no response. I had to cancel my credit card to get out of this fraudulent scam. Do not get involved with this company.

The products are decent but customer…

The products are decent but customer service is terrible. Poor communication, they don’t honor their money back with making you jump through hoops. They have had a major recall and it has been nothing but a headache trying to get anything back when the products aren’t usable. Won’t be using them ever again.

#ROSABELLAISSHADY

I am an elderly woman, on a fixed income. The last couple doctor’s visits my blood pressure has been elevated. So I researched a few supplements - no prescription medications.

I came across Rosabella Beetroot, and I wanted to TRY IT, as the website says tryrosabella.com, NOT subscribefortherestofyourliferosabella.com.

So I waited for my Social Security money to be deposited. Found where I saved “tryrosabella.com”. I clicked on Buy 2, Get 2, for $14.73/each, plus free shipping, for a total of $29.43 (minus taxes if there were any).

I NEVER submitted or completed my order, because next thing I knew it was saying each bottle was $26.00. No, Just No, I could NOT afford that.

So I left the site and started exploring what Walmart had available in-store for a BEETROOT Supplement.

So imagine my surprise this morning when I wake up and there is an email from TRY(not subscribe to)Rosabella.com
for $58.95. WTAF!!!

As I said I never confirmed and/or submitted my order, because it would not let me, I could NOT get back or return to my original order (see above)

I wanted to TRY Rosabella, NOT SUBCRIBE TO ANYTHING!!!!

So for the past hour I have been reaching out to TRYrosabella.com, sending emails and messages.

Guess what their policy is “once order is placed (though it has not even left their facility) WHO PLACED THE ORDER??? Not me! “Once this order is placed, no cancellation”. So now, even though the items have not shipped, I will have to go through the hassle of returning ROSABELLA’S Product.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND TRYROSABELLA,
THEY HAVE SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES! THEY ARE PREYING UPON THE “FACT” OR “WISHING AND HOPING” THE INTERESTED PARTIES ARE TO BUSY WITH THEIR LIVES THAT THEY WILL NOT NOTICED THE FLIM FLAM THIS COMPANY IS TRYING TO PULL.

Please people do NOT let ROSABELLA treat you like a moron or take advantage of you.

They told me mine order should be…

They told me mine order should be tossed in the trash due to possible E coli and ask them what about the money I spent which was quite a lot there's nothing they can do for me other than to throw my stuff away or send them one of my bottle at my cost for them to check it they turned their problem into mine all of a sudden I highly recommend nobody buying anything from this company

This company is terrible

This company is terrible. I ordered the beets pills and unbeknown to me I had also inherited a subscription renewal I didn't know about. I told the company I did not want any additional product but they couldn't stop the shipment. When I asked how to return it, they responded that they could not offer me a return postage, but as a favor they would not charge me the restocking fee. Imagine they sent out an order on my credit card that I did not authorize and they were doing me a favor by not charging me a restocking fee!!!
The customer service is awful. I will never deal with them again.

Had to report them to my bank as FRAUD…

Had to report them to my bank as fraud in order to finally get my refund after they sent me yet another unwanted shipment AFTER I FINALLY tracked down how to cancel my recurring order. AFTER I CANCELLED by the means they specified, they said they sent me another shipment because they wanted to MAKE SURE I WAS SURE I wanted to cancel & reminded me how great there product was. WOW !!! I reported that charge to my bank as fraud & the charge was refunded.

They AUTOMATICALLY Put you on SUBSCRIPTION!!

I would give this company a NEGATIVE 5 if allowed. In December 2025 I ordered a BOGO. No where on the order did I sign up for a Subscription! February 11, 2026 I received a notice that my SUBSCRIPTION order was about to ship! I immediately responded by e-mail I had NOT ORDERED a second order and I was NOT on SUBSCRIPTION. To Cancel that Order. They responded that the order was already in process and could NOT be Stopped. I contacted my credit card company and the charge was only pending and could not be disputed until it was posted. I have sent SEVERAL e-mails to Rosabella regarding this shipment as further notices keep coming, but TO DATE the order is STILL COMING. What a SHAM!! I am cancelling my Credit Card to Stop Further Charges and will ATTEMPT to Return the Unopened Order when it arrives!

Bad customer service and shady billing

I ordered this product and it did not immediately show me how much I was paying I ordered 3 bottles that were 11.99 and said 3 additional bottles free. when I finally got the invoice on email my billing was 162.00. I immediately emailed them to cancel my order because there was no phone number available. I did not get a reply only several messages trying to get me to order additional products.. Finally received an email saying too late to cancel already shipped if I did not want to cancel I could have it at 50% off. I do not like the shady billing and will never order from this company if they were honest why would you have such a shady billing?????? very bad experience.

I did not sign up for a subscription…

I did not sign up for a subscription and have proof even on THEIR website as no subscription can be found. I got an email saying my order (that I didn't order) was confirmed. I answered in 4 minutes that I did not authorize it and to not ship it which they ignored. Then I get an email next day that it's too late, already shipped, but in reality it wasn't shipped for 4 days. And it finally showed up, but it was 2 bottles rather than the 4 I originally purchased. I purchased a 4 month supply, yet 2 months later they ship out 2 for the same price. One would think if I did do a subscription it would have been for 4 bottles every 4 months. They are SCAMMERS!!

This is a predatory company stay as far away as possible

I would give them less if possible I was looking at buying a supplement and was getting ready to order a bottle but needed to do something else I exited Facebook and about an hour later I got an email saying your order is confirmed with a receipt for 6 bottles!!! I have tried to cancel my order but there is no customer service. I read the FAQ and it says you can’t cancel because they process your order immediately, but in my looking for customer service I read some other things including where they say your order gets processed typically in 3 days.
