I never recieved my order. I hsve tried to contact them and hit rosdblocks every time. Their cusomer sevice phone # just beeps like the phone is off the hook. They sure didnt have any poblem chsrging my card tho.

I saw this on Facebook and thought I would try it. However, I did not want to get into an auto subscribe situation. I clicked on PayPal but did not click email information shipping address anything. I backed out of it and the next thing I know my order was completed. There was no confirmation. I did not know what I was getting. Next thing I was charged $81 plus change for something that should’ve been Buy three bottles get three free at 11:99 each. They’re explanation as oh well we took half off of all six bottles. I’m sorry that math don’t hunt in the real world so I filed a complaint with PayPal. I got a offer for 30% off from one person which I told him they still did not answer my question of what I would be billed. Got a second response from somebody else not even agreeing to the 30% and still not telling me what the amount would be if I kept the bottles at 30% off. So I am still waiting for PayPal to respond. I will not pay to ship this back to them they’re very very deceptive.

Jessica was very helpful when I somehow made a double order of Rosabella. Unfortunately, both orders were delivered in the same package. So, instead of returning the extra order only, I had to return my complete order. Jessica told me exactly what I needed to do and it has been corrected and my refund processed. Thank you, Jessica for your very capable assistance.

I made a one time order. They sent several emails trying to encourage me to subscribe and save. Then one day I got an email thanking me for ordering a 2nd time and then shipped it that same day so there was no time to cancel. I sent an email and got a response about how subscribe and save orders cannot be canceled. Tried to call the number I had for them and it said it could not be completed as dialed. I have requested to cancel my subscription that I never agreed to. Hopefully, that worked. Guess I will still haxe to pay for this “2nd order”.

Horrible scam company. They sign you up for a recurring subscription which is impossible to cancel. Terrible customer service. Plus they sell a tainted product for which no refund is offered.

I feel like crap. Now I am totally constipated. I am depressed and I see that this product is only returnable if we( the customer) pays the shipping. Maybe I have an allergy to it. But, I AM VERY displeased with not being able to return it at no cost. Would NEVER recommend it to Anyone!!!!!!! They damned well better not try to auto scribe this to me. I have no choice but to suck up the great deal at. Just under _$60, but

SCAM. Fraudulent. I didn’t even click complete purchase because I smelled a rat but they took the money and sent it anyway. That’s theft. Now not responding to any emails including one sent immediately they “confirmed order”. Now sending me invitations to buy more. They’re without any scruples. The website is beyond belief. If you try to find My Orders, which is the guidance for cancellation, it doesn’t exist. ALL feedback sections in response to any questions is automatically filled with a “yes this helped “ with greyed out “no” so you literally can’t tell the truth. Why is FB allowing this company to trade on their platform. Don’t we have consumer protection laws?

Really bad- designed to push you into a subscription in error. And difficult to cancel. Says they havr a million customers.At nearly 35 pounds a pop you can see why it paysvthem to do this.......preying on sick old people

I was shipped a product that I didn’t remember ordering in Dec 2025!
A second shipment was received Feb 2026! I contacted the company and was told I Had a subscription which I
Wanted to cancel and they said no it could not be cancelled, also refused to have product sent back for a refund

Save yourself a lot of time and grief. Don't have anything to do with this company. They will do anything they can to get your money. I accidentally placed two orders but they wouldn't cancel the second one even though I notified them within minutes. Then I was signed up for a subscription! The product didn't do anything for me. I question what's even in them. The product, Morringa, was recalled due to SALMONELLA, and yet they made me return the bottles AT MY EXPENSE. After arguing back and forth, they agreed to pay me for the return's expense, but they never did. Avoid them at all costs!

I criticized them earlier for not refunding my money back. I take it back, they refunded me. I am very grateful.

I was having issues and they made it right with me. I dont know how good the product is because I haven't taken any. I will say this. If you order and it says buy 3 get 3 free at 11.99. Thats not how it works. They take 11.99 off the actual price of each of the 6. Mine come to 71.95. Not the 35.97 I thought it would be. So make sure you pay attention

This company received my order Mar 6/26. I still haven't received the product a month later. Their tracking numbers don't go anywhere. The next thing the did after promising to resend. 2wks later nothing. Then the billed me for a another shipment I never subscribed for. Why would I need another order a month later when I haven't received the first order and they dont answer their phone. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. If you can't trust them to get deliveries right why trust the product there peddling I give them a 0 except they don't have a star for that

This company is a scam. They auto-ordered and ran my card for an additional order after 2 months without my consent or subscription. When bringing this up to customer service, they gave me info about how i could return the item (only one time) but i would have to pay for the label since they do not provide it. They sent me a supposed link to cancel my alleged subscription but the link showed i had zero orders (how did they auto-send my order then?) and it literally will not allow me to remove my card from the payment options to the point that i am having to cancel the card. Sean at customer service has ignored my concerns even when i tell him what they are doing is borderline illegal. AVOID THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF.

I purchased 6 bottles of product on special. Without mentioning personal details, we found that unfortunately, we were unable to use it due to health conditions. The Rosabella team cheerfully helped me navigate the return. The shining star was Emilyn♥ She was efficient, friendly and so attentive that I felt like a personal friend. Thank you Emilyn. This company will not let u return anything and scams to put you on automatic payment. I would warn everyone to find another company to order from very unhappy dealing with these people

Wrote an earlier review but it didn't post. They are sending me a new order even though I have email verification that my subscription (which was bogus to begin with) was fully canceled. Getting tired of emailing them as it has been more than2 days since I started. Stay as far away from this as you can.
They are not a reputable company and have really angered me.

I was on their site trying to figure out the price, was pretty sure I wanted to order, entered my cc info, they said the transaction wasn't complete yet, because they were trying to upsell me, so I tried to see the final price, was unable to see it and left site prior to confirming transaction. A few days later I received an email saying what I was charged for & it was on its way. Unbelievable! I never confirmed the almost $90 purchase, yet, I received it anyway. Thankfully I went to their site to give a bad review but instead I saw they were shipping me more in 2 months. I was able to cancel the 'subscription' that I NEVER agreed to & didn't want. Truly a scam site!

Pretty much the same as everyone else on here. Tried to cancel a repeat order and got ignored. Had to cancel card. Then they email me to say my batch is contaminated with salmonella and have a nice day. should most defo be investigated and CEO in prison.
