I ordered the beet root capsules to try and then was hit later on with a $90 subscription charge (I never signed up for a subscription). When I saw the charge to my PayPal account I immediately contacted them to reverse the charge but they said it was "too late". This is nothing more than a scam from an unscrupulous company. Do NOT fall for their fraudulent claims.

I don't even want to give this company 1 star! I requested to halt shipment of the order immediately after ordering, realizing it would affect my blood pressure. They said it was already too late to cancel it. Then I asked for a return label to ship the product back which I never even opened the bag or the bottles. They would not provide a shipping label. Then when I FINALLY got my refund, they shorted me $9.95 which they claim was for "expedited shipping" which I had added on when I ordered their product! I NEVER choose expedited shipping. In fact, I never order anything that doesn't include free shipping. But they would not show me a receipt. This company is GARBAGE!!! VERY UNETHICAL!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! SCAMMERS!!!

Scam company, offered a discount pack but charged the full amount. Despite me requesting no subscription they subscribed me anyway.
Payment is made to a USA address, the stuff is posted from Slough England. They return address is actually marked Undeliverable Address, PO Box 4854.
Had to contact Mr bank and have them stop all payments to them.

As for the product it's being binned. My own fault completely momentary lack of judgement. Have learned my lesson hopefully. Trust nothing on FB.

I have attempted to stop this order that keeps popping up in my mailbox. I have found the product unworthy of the funds spent with no proof that it works .
Cancelling is impossible without inconveniences to the individual. Don't spend your money it's a scam to keep getting your cash.

I received supplements I did not order. I was told by Emmanuel by email for the package to be returned unopened and to let they the postal tracking number. Which I did!! The package was received on April 20, 2026 and signed for by L. Linear in Ohio st 959 am. I was told that I would be refunded the full amount I was charged, $72.53. Instead of the refund I was charged again for that amount!! So I am now owed twice that amount!!! I will never order from this company again. I did cancel any further shipments due to my Doctor’s orders!! Please please refund me the amounts owed!!
To this date June 26, 2026, I have not received the amount the company owes my card/me. Buyer beware of them!!!

Company doesn’t respond. Asked for more info. It was sent. Still no response. I have cancelled this subscription twice.

I had an issue with my order which was completely my fault. The customer service agent was very professional and resolved my problem in a timly manner. I would recommend this company.

Did not receive my order. I received order confirmation and then a follow up email with tracking number only to find it doesn’t exist, I have emailed roseabelle twice and had no response and not received my led face mask - do not use this company.

Beware, people, they are stealing money in a strange way. I bought beetroot once, and they deducted $81 from me even though the offer was only $33. But I was surprised that they deducted the same payment from my account after three months even though I did not request a permanent subscription. They take money without prior permission. They are thieves.

Without completing my order, Rosabella took my information and I received seven bottles of their product. I have sent five emails requesting a return label. My customer number is 242-9698. My customer code is 745-3145. I would not have ordered this product because after my brief research, I saw that they recommend talking to a physician. I have heart issues and my cardiologist does not want me starting these kinds of supplements.
My credit card was charged $146.90. I would like a return label to return the product and get my money back. Buyer beware!

This is a scam. The postal tracking has it arriving in the UK, I am in Australia.

I ordered a Revolution beauty mask as advertised on the website but I did not receive a Revolution one. It was badly packaged and the box was bashed. They do not send the products they advertise!

The website was Rosabelle not Rosabella but definately a scam website.

Please be warned everyone. This company simply take your money and from there on they are uncontactable. They claim to have a 60 money back guarantee but if they cannot be contacted then this is worth nothing. I feel like a fool purchasing their beetroot capsules based on their money back guarantee. I suspect they will do nothing for my blood pressure. In fact trying to contact them has probably increased it. Be warned people, do NOT deal with this company! They are dishonest and the whole operation is a scam!

I ordered a bottle of Moringa about eight months ago with no subscription. I repeat no subscription. And I have canceled this product every other month since then. Even after I received a Salmonella recall. I’ve wasted hours of my time going in circles, trying to cancel a subscription I never asked for! Im very sick of it!!! Quit stealing from me!!! Your company is the most parasitic subscription companies out there!! I want every bit of my money back!!!

I hate it when these companies try to scam people like this. They advertise a price of 1199 for three units and an additional three units for free. When signing up an issuing credit card information I did not opt for expedited shipping and they did not show a subtotal before they charged my credit card. A $36 intended charge turned out to be $81.99 with a $9.99 expedited shipping charge added on as well. These guys are a scam. I tried calling them. I tried writing them at least five times to tell them I was cancelling the order and disputed it with my credit card company and received no response.
As evidenced by numerous other reviews this is a common practice for this company and I just believe they are scamming and will never order from them and have put a permanent block on any future charges through my credit card company

I am now on my fourth bottle of Rosabella Beetroot. I stopped my Lipitor hoping that the Beetroot would bring my mildly elevated blood pressure down...it has not. I have not felt one bit better while taking the Beetroot. Very disappointed.

I purchased one packet of three bottles containing moringa, I have been sent a further for packets of three bottles of Maringa, I have emailed the company. I have logged onto the website. I did not order these extra bottles and and I don’t want them and they have never contacted me back done

Not impressed with the product. I did not plan to reorder, then without my authorization Rosabella charged my credit card. I attempted to contact them by phone (not connected!) I emailed them 3 times with no response. This company is a SCAM ALERT! DO NOT do business with them!

This company tried to charge me 65.00 for an order I did not make. Thankfully my card declined the purchase. Do not use this website.Now I had to cancel my card and get a new card
