False advertising

False advertising. Plain and simple…Rosabella does not come across as a reputable company. Sadly, they got me! I clearly ordered buy one, get one free for 19.99 plus free shipping because I wanted to try the supplement Moringa out for the first time. They require credit card info without reviewing your order. I was very careful NOT to order any “extra” bottles or flashing arrows for expedite shipping. My card was instantly charged 39.00 which I will dispute with my credit card company.
There are too many other companies to order products from to have this poor experience.

Rosabella (Moringa) Not a Good company!

This company Rosabella carries the Moringa supplement, which I wanted to tr, so I purchased a special of three jars so that I can see how I feel after using it for three months. I did not purchase this on a reoccurring basis. Long and behold, I receive an email stating that my package is getting ready to be shipped. I am furious! I immediately sent an email to their Support email address and demanded that they do not ship this out because I did not order this on a recurring basis. I did not receive a response, andI sent another email the following day and another one that evening and I still have not heard one thing from the company. I did receive however an email advertisement from them but no response to my emails I would not order from this company. They Do not stand behind their product and honestly, I do not feel or see any difference from taking this supplement. It is a bunch of false advertising. I am going through my PayPal to have this resolved. This is so ridiculous and it wastes so much time to go through this hassle!!!!

No phone # to call,that was my first mistake. I am trying to cx my order which I don't remember ordering. Their reply via email is AI and they don't answer the question. Hopefully this is not a scam. BEWARE
